Cozy updated farm house for rent, short drive in to the city but tucked away in the west hills by OHSU. Huge windows that pour in natural light with tree lined views. 40 miles of wooded walking/running trails are located at the end of the street. This place is perfect for students or families that want to live together by OHSU (2 blocks away) or PSU (5 min drive). Large fenced yard & room for 3+ cars to be parked off street (1 garage spot, 2-3 parking pad spots). 3 beds, 2 baths, plus two additional rooms that could be offices or additional bedrooms (no closets). Move in date of 2/1/2024, possibly sooner if needed. Prefer 12 month lease with option for extension, but can be flexible. Well behaved dog(s) and cat(s) are welcome with deposit! Dogs/cats allowed with $500 pet deposit per animal, one month's rent due at signing. 12 month lease preferred. Renters pay all utilities.
