Property Ratings at Zen
This is one of the most terrible communities I've ever lived in. I will not be renewing my lease! Concerns and complaints are not addressed, or residents are told there's nothing management can do, basically deal with it. If things are broken, maintenance is so backed up and without resources that it takes long to get a washer fixed or a dishwasher fixed, or one time I was sent to a vacant apartment for days to take a shower and get water because my hot water tank was broken. What did I get for the inconvenience? Nothing! Only, "these things are out of our control and we're doing the best we can to fix it quickly." This is the common response. Bugs and roaches in everyone's apartment! Management and corporate do not care about the living conditions of the residents and it shows. This place is terrible!!!
We love absolutely love everything about living at Zen! Such gorgeous property, resort like amenities, views and beautiful environment! We truly feel at peace here, we love the amazing community and friendly helpful staff!

Zen continues to be an absolutely amazing place to live. The peaceful nature of its location and community is completely incredible. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. It was a mistake to sign the lease before seeing the apartment, they promised it will be clean and ready just like the model they showed me, but I was surprised when I moved in the apartment was dirty and infested with fleas, very disappointed

would not recommend. looks aren't everything- management is rude and there's constantly trash strewn about the grounds that takes forever to get cleaned up. sound levels are horrible unless you're on the top level and even then you can hear the people next to you.

Zen is no longer a 5 star community it used to be. It is dirty, and too many residents smoke marijuana in the building. The smell is horrible. No policies are enforced. Very sad!

The landscaping is lovely. The price for it is the sounds of lawn mowers, edgers and worst of all leaf blowers. Trees grow quickly in Florida. At first you have a view of the sky, but then you have less sky. The outdoor TV is sometimes on at midnight or even at 7 am in the morning. I wish my remote would could reach it. I wish the complex could afford a pressure washer for the breezeway area here.

So far so good! Community is always clean and i havent had an issue with noise. Sometimes parking is a little rough but i have never had to park outside the gates. Apartments are beautiful and staff is awesome

It has been a pleasurable experience living at Zen. I have enjoyed the community, the location and access to everything in the area such as restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc. I love the community events with the food trucks that visit. It's a nice touch when you want something different but don't want to go out and fight traffic.

Zen is a very nice place to live. Most of the resident respect each others privacy and comfort. Others sometimes seem to forget that they have neighbors with their loudness. But it seems to be getting a little better. The staff is very professional, kind and understanding. The always get back to you with a complaint or a concern within 12-24 hours. Overall they are really nice people, those that I've met.

Location is outstanding! Apartment layouts were very well designed. Small community which offers tranquility. 3 Bedroom balcony is like no other. So spacious.

Would not recommend anyone living here! Management is horrible, always sending threatening letters of evicting the tenants. Trash location is horrible. Parking is a nightmare. Back doors to the buildings are always left open making it very unsafe. Walls and floors are paper thin, and you hear everything! Unless you live on the 4th floor be prepared to feel like your upstairs neighbor are going to come through the celling from how loud it sounds when people are walking. Look somewhere else, this place is the farthest thing from Zen living.

My wife and I love living at Zen. We were one of the very first tenants when it first opened. The management are great. The different amenities are always clean. My only complaint is that maintenance can sometimes be a little slow, but that might also be due to Covid lately.

Maria has been wonderful since we started contacting Zen from a potential move from Arizona to FL. Always receptive and willing to help! Thank you Maria for all your help and going beyond to help us choose Zen. Upon arrival, everything had been taken care of previously and after a few signature we were on our way to the new apartment. The community is quiet and with friendly neighbors, thus far no issues. We are very happy!
