Currently on the second year of my lease and generally have no complaints. Property is in a nice area right next to research park, management is friendly and performs work orders fairly quickly, Fiber internet is a godsend, and valet trash is convenient. Would recommend. Side comment about water pressure since another review mentioned it, the water pressure is fine. The shower head had a flow limiter in it which made me think it wasn't good, but since I took that out it's been great.

Haley was so kind and showed me a fabulous apartment, it suited every need I had! I’ve decided to buy a house instead but if I were going to live in an apartment it would be Zen Garden!

This property is in a great location. It is such a cool style for Huntsville. There is nothing that looks like it. I love the smart lock feature. My favorite is the pool area and clubhouse with pool table.

These apts are new but very poorly built and designed. Cheap materials, very cheap, and there were so many defects upon moving in including scratched and dented countertops although I was the first resident. Pest control has never came but pay monthly for it, the stairwell is very filthy with lots of bugs and spiders. Overall these are very bad apts for them to be new. Pros good neighbors and good community of people. Office staff really friendly and maintenance technician friendly and responsive. The staff does what they can do, however the Apt investors should do a better job finding better builders and taking better care of the property

This property is horrific. They lie constantly about services they provide. I live here and it is a nightmare every morning. There are bugs all over the walkways and staircase. I have complained over and over and they don't care in the property management office. These people just want you to shut up and pay rent. I've been complaining for 5 months and nothing has been done. They still don't have consistent pest control that sprays the grounds and apartments. Yet they charge you for the service. Is this legal?? I have complained to the Hawthorne Residential company, they don't care either. If you want to live somewhere that you have to crunch through bugs every day and night, move here.

The apartments are new. So overall good apartments. But what I notice the most is the lack of water pressure. You literally can spit harder than the water pressure (Almost impossible to shower with such low pressure). The Valet trash also is hit or miss some nights they pick it up other nights they leave it. The only other hit is the setting of the Hot Water.. You can have it turned all the way to Hot and just stays warm no real heat to the water.. I have yet to get steam from the shower. Pros: The internet is nice the overall feel of the apartment is great due to being newly constructed.

They are promising apartments before they are built. The day before I was supposed to move in, I was informed the apartment wouldn't be ready for three more weeks. I had to scramble to find a new apartment. The staff was very unhelpful and rude about the situation.

This apartment community is going to be so nice. The office looks amazing. They are going to have these amazing smart locks to get in the apartment and amenities. The location is so close to Research Park, University Drive and Redstone Arsenal. You should check them out.
