I like living here an Indigo creek. I feel safe. My neighbors are always happy to say Hello.

As I've said before, Pam, Christina, and Maria, run the office very efficiently and extremely friendly. Jordan, Matt, and the rest of the maintenance staff are always busy keeping the residents happy by fulfilling requests promptly and professionally. We love living in this community. Thank you

The front desk personnel Pam, Christina, Maria & Maya are bright and cheerful no matter the time of day. I have unfailingly received a pleasant smile & greeting whenever I stop by the Office. The Maintenance team- Jordan, Matt, Jason, Jimmy and Tom are always moving around the complex doing the unsung work of keeping things working. They invariably have a friendly greeting and smile as they pass by.

Everyone at Indio Creek from the staff in the office to the maintenence crew are pretty awesome. I'm happy living in this community.

A beautiful complex with very nice landscaping. Located within one mile of ASU WEST campus and centrally situated within the 101 to north, west & south, and the I-17 a few miles to the East. As an Ultrasound Tech I was located within a 10 mile radius of 8 hospitals, which made it extremely convenient for night call out for emergencies.

A great apartment home the office is fantastic. The maintenance crews are great. I cannot ever not praise them and I think anyone who lives here would love it. I would like to welcome anyone to come here and check us out because it's a nice place quiet I haven't had any problems like that they're appreciative of animals And they keep everything clean and neat and garbage is taken away right away. Just a very nice home.

The team at Indigo Creek are incredible, friendly and kind they go over and beyond their job description they work very well together. They take their job very serious it’s more then a 9-5 they have been seeming helping residents with groceries helping them move large items into their apartment home helping with rental assistance they really do care!

Property is crumbling and very poo rly maintained, particularly in last 2 years. I have lived at Indigo Creek for 13 years and I am moving at end of current lease.

I do not choose to live in an apartment but I think these are very nice if thats what you need.

The maintenance team at Indigo Creek has been so amazing. They respond in less than 24 hours and are here and make us feel very comfortable as two young women. They always come and always call us before they enter the apartment. We have two cats, and we get worried often about our cats being let out. But they are very respectful when it comes to that aspect. They are very friendly and give a very warm vibe! I know that we have had a few issues since we have moved in here, but they have been on top of every single one of them. The leasing office employees are the best I’ve ever seen, they make personal relationships with you and are very open to talk about whatever is needed, I have gone in there and have been satisfied every time!

As a First time renter I think they do a pretty decent job. Not 5 star but probably a good 4 all in all it’s pretty good.

The manager's pam and Joe are just unbelievably nice and will get a Request. Done the same day or next day.Usually it's not even twenty four hours for me and I appreciate that It makes you feel welcomed and not like any of convenience like other managers have they both go above and beyond I feel to get things done and keep us happy

Two words - Roach infestation. They’re very poor customer service when it comes to scheduling pest control. They say the guy will be here on the property at 1 pm but does not show up until 5 pm. When they spray you must vacate the apt for four hours. Here’s the kicker, the apt management says the pest control guy can come whenever he can regardless of scheduling. If he doesn’t show up by 1 pm but comes around at 5 pm thats 8 hours I could have been doing something. 4 hours waiting for him to come and 4 hours of cancelled plans. I have to take my dogs with me and wait in the car for four hours in this Arizona heat!! The management team needs to find a different pest control guy because if he cant get the jobs done on time and think the tenants are a bunch of lowlife that can be jerked around. They’re going to lose some folks.

Indigo Creek Apartments are perfect for us as family members. Proximity to a hospital, clinics, food services, pharmacy services, vehicle repairs, dental care, schools, grocery shopping and more.

Tour the property. Check your future unit. Make sure your apartment is suitable to your expectations and don’t hesitate to ask questions. Love the pet friendly policy, commingling from a tenant who caught breast cancer and has a boxer who is my emotional support dog.

I have lived at Indigo Creek since June 2011, so I have seen the changes, both positive and negative.

I have been living here a few years and have always felt comfortable. When I have needed anything taken care of in my apartment they get to it in a timely manner. All staff in the office and maintenance team smile and greet you and are friendly. I am so glad I found this place back when I was looking to move into this area.

The staff here at Indigo Creek is freaking awesome. Any questions or issues a person might have can be resolved quickly with this staff. Great communication and they are always coming up with ideas to bring the community together.

I love living at Indigo Creek, the apartments are nice, modern & spacious. The staff is awesome!! I really am happy that I moved here. The freeway’s are close I am very comfortable here and look forward to staying here.

The roaches are a real problem and our landscapers are very subpar when it comes to doing anything beyond cutting grass.

I say its excellent because of the great staff that is very helpful especially the ever smiling Christina,she will take her time to take you through the process of getting an apartment,showing you the map of the apartment complex and the model apartment of your choice.The apartment complex is also very clean and quiet conjusive for us night shift workers.

Christina is one cool cat and very helpful, great office help, everyone is very professional and respectful, been living here for over 3 years and highly recommend it.

I have lived here for the last 3 years and don't have any complaints. Cortland took over a while back and has been doing a phenomenal job. Service requests are always done within 24 to 48 hours if not, same day. The front office staff and managment are also very nice and professional

I love this place! Coming from Ohio sight unseen it was a blessing to pull up and arrive to my new home. I was afraid that my neighborhood maybe bad or that my complex maybe a mess but Indigo Creek surpassed my expectations. Christina is a joy and pleasure to work with. She went out of her way (bad wifi connection and all) to give us a tour and when it didn't work she sent over photos. As I stated coming from Ohio it was 100's of places to choose from, but simply put Indigo Creek answered the phone and never lost touch with from July to move in August. Henry got us all settled in when we got here and Ms. Pam although I haven't had to deal with her directly I can tell she's running an awesome team.

Indigo Creek apartments has been my home for the past months, and I am truly in a very comfortable environment. I love my unit ! It is a very nice unit and everything works, and no bugs or roaches, fast maintenance and the neighbors are very respectful and quiet. The courtyard is always clean and the landscaping is beautiful. I Truly appreciate you Pam.Thank you and your team here at Courtland.

Christina is truly AMAZING. She is the BEST! Professional, polite, personable. You can tell the team really does care, I have noticed a HUGE CHANGE in the last year. Maintenance is seriously on top on things and Pam handles every call/email/question promptly.

We came from a horrible apartment complex and coming to Indigo creek, we were a little spektic. It was in our price range and we didn't know what to expect. Bryan was great answer all my Millon and one questions. Moving was great, no issues. Fourth of July weekend our a/c tanked. Maintenance deserve a huge shout out. They resolved the issue quick, thank you for that. The only thing which is really not a big issue is the parking, it's a lil tight. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a spot to check Indigo Creek.

Don’t move here there’s roaches and they do nothing about it besides tell you that they can bomb your apartment but you practically have to move out all your things so they can do so how convenient right

Since I've been a resident here there has been nothing but an awesome place to live for me. The staff from management to maintenance has been helpful. The property is maintained daily. Would 100% recommend living here.

My experience from the moment I walked in to the leasing office very attentive and the showing of the apartments, and was walked thru the process. I am hopeful if I have additional questions that they still will be attentive on any questions I may have. The staff is very approachable.

Of my years as a resident my issues have been few. Whenever I have an issue, my needs are meet in a satisfactory manner.

I have lived at Indigo creek for nearly 4 years. It is pet friendly, gated, clean and no issues with any sort of bug.

A group of tenants with motorcycles have moved in & one in particular has no muffled on the bike. Very disruptive at 6:30am

It's a good place to live. Great location. Close to everything. Staff are friendly and professional; always trying to improve conditions.

Indigo Creek is a lovely place that is located near groceries, restaurants, schools, and fueling stations. The staff is friendly and the complex has many amenities to offer.

Ive lived at Indigo Creek Apts for almost three years and havent had any problems with pests. Very happy resident.

Indigo creek was at the top of my list of places to check out when I moved a few years ago and after meeting the management team, seeing the complex and units it remained in the #1 spot. I drove through two other complexes over that next week- never even got out of the car. I came back and signed the lease. Indigo Creek has been a great place to raise my family.

These guys are always working fast and hard to get the jobs done. I’ve even overheard them working together and how they plan to knockout their tasks for the day

Overpriced and property management lacks professionalism. A simple task takes weeks to complete since they dont have more than 2 maintenance employees who are over worked and surely underpaid. If youre looking for a property that values you as a tenant, look elsewhere.

It's constant Noise! Loud! Neighbors are rude and disrespectful! Always in the pool after hours! Some of us work early morning! Seems like they choose Mon through Friday to party! They have gatherings outside their balcony, and allow their kids to yell and run around! So if you are looking for peace and quiet and you are a working person this is definitely not a place for you! But if you don't mind then have at it!

Indigo Creek Apartments are great. The property is always clean and we'll maintained. We really love how quiet it is during the Day or Night. Also we feel so safe we take Nightly walks. All staff are friendly and helpful.

I would not recommend living at Indigo Creek Apartments the parking is horrible and the staff is not helpful.

Indigo creek is a nice property. The 2/2 floor plan is nice and spacious. I love how the rooms are on opposite sides of one another. Kitchen is nice. It could use updated lighting fixtures and ceiling fans in EVERY bedroom. I had maintenance install a smart thermostat (I purchased), I strongly encourage new residents to purchase because the thermostats in the apartment are outdated. The maintenance men are very nice, super helpful and professional. Office staff is kind and care. It has taken Awhile to get some concerns addressed but all in all its a wonderful place to live.

As a current resident here at the Indigo Creek Apartments I enjoy my overall experience living here its a great community with a friendly vibe and beautiful environment :)

Moving in was pretty easy and the area is clean. If you're looking for a quieter complex near ASU this is perfect.

Very nice units!! Friendly attentive staff!! very close to shopping and numerous amenities!!
