After losing our vehicles and our lease because of Hurricane Helene, we were fortunate to find Cortland Bayside and a silver lining to the upset in our life last fall. It’s a beautiful and welcoming location to come home to with beautiful apartments to choose from, great ameneties, an amazing staff and friendly neighbors. We love it and are enjoying life again after the upset of the hurricanes last fall.

Great location and nice view of the bay. Wish we could have a more inclusive team to work with. The pool side furniture have stains and need to be replaced. tOther than that, here are good amenities such as a full, gym, pool and bbq sites, Secure package lockers.

Hard to say goodbye!
We lived in a 3/2 apt in Building #2 from Jan 2022 - May 2024 and genuinely enjoyed every day we lived for 2+ years. I cannot say enough good things about Peggy & everybody else from her team that I've had the pleasure of interacting with. They are all very professional, courteous and super understanding, even when you approach them to express frustration. They truly understand that their workplace is every residents HOME & they do an upstanding job at showing they care about each person that calls Cortland Bayside home. Management DEFINITELY spends a fortune making sure that the property is always looking sharp & clean. Landscaping is always maintained and refreshed (I saw the landscaping team onsite probably 2-3 X/week. I saw new plants planted by the hundreds probably 1-2 times a year just to keep the grounds looking bright & clean. When something breaks, they are always on top of it & dispatch vendors for repairs same-day, simultaneously sending out community-wide emails/texts updating residents about repairs. A property is usually about as good as the team that runs it — Cortland Bayside does not disappoint. On behalf of. my wife and our 2 children (soon to be 3) — we will greatly miss living here. Thank you for all you've done to make an apartment feel like home.

Cortland Bayside is an incredible place to live. We moved in about a year ago and it's been nothing but a pleasant experience. The office staff is kind and helpful, and being honest the maintenance staff deserves a HUGE shoutout. They fixed my window for me shortly after move in, there were some delays with the glass company and Tony kept me informed every single step of the way. Real resident review
This property is like a resort! The amenities are great, the staff is very understanding and helpful. I recently have had to move from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and the staff, in particular Peggy, have made the transition so easy. All the ladies in the management team are wonderful, and the maintenance staff/upkeep staff are very responsive and timely.

They truly care!!
I can't talk well enough about what a great place to live. THEY ACTUALLY CARE!! The ladies bend over backwards to help with anything. We lived there for 2 years and it was a great experience. There was one issue & it was immediately fixed! The grounds are meticulously kept, the pool is awesome, the gym equipment is maintained always. Never saw a piece broken for more than a few days!! The best thing is Food Truck Thursdays. Yummy and no cooking. I only moved do to a life situation, I would live there again immediately & I whole heartedly recommend anyone looking to check this place out. (And no, my mom doesn't work there LOL)

Beautiful Resort Style Living
The complex is beautiful and well maintained. The amenities are first rate including the pool, clubhouse and Bay-oriented view . The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Cindy. Five stars all the way

Madison and Cindy went above and beyond
From start to finish, and end to end, the staff at the leasing office provided answers to my every inquiry and was able to anticipate what I would need ahead of time. At first, I was not sure if the property would be right for me. After the wonderful tour, I was sold on the location, with its picturesque views. The area offers many local shops and eateries that cater to almost anyone. I cannot recommend this endearing community enough.
