Property Ratings at Yalick Farms
Quiet development overall. No routine property maintenance. Manager is rude and hires other apartment tenants to spy on others. Advertised heated pool is never heated. Pool fountain and lights are never on. Garbage on streets or grassy area never picked up. Way too expensive for what’s advertised.
