47 West Elm Street Apartments are a great place to live. We are a professional couple and appreciate living in this safe and technologically advanced apartment home. Not only are the units and grounds well maintained with friendly maintenance staff, but the owner and front office also are hands-on, flexible, and quick to respond to our wants, needs, and concerns.
Only one parking spot per unit so if you live with someone else who has a vehicle, then they’re lucked out. The surrounding area is not the greatest. The apartment itself is nice & modern.
This was a very clean apartment with responsive management. The storage units on each floor were so accessible and convenient. My only complaint was that we paid extra for covered parking but our car was 3/4 exposed because of where our spot was in the garage. Otherwise, we had a great experience.
I lived here in a 1b 1b with my girlfriend for the last year and we really liked it. Whenever we had an issue they would have a maintenance worker there on the same day typically, and they were very responsive to emails - especially compared to past places I have lived. If you don't mind taking the commuter rail into Boston it is a perfect spot as well, only about an 8 minute walk. We would have stayed one more year but ended up finding a place all the way in downtown Boston.
I have looked for a place all over the South Shore for nearly two months. This place is not only the nicest, (and packed with cool technology), it is also the most affordable which is crazy.
This property super exceeded any expectation I may have had. The property is fully secured, lots of automation features to satisfy the technical savvy and the staff for south shore properties is amazing! My fiancé and I have been tenants for south shore properties for the past 3 years and we can say from experience that this, has been the best 3 year tenant-landlord relationship we have had. We love our unit here at 47 W Elm st and highly recommend south shore properties to anyone looking for high quality living with exceptional response time from maintenance, ease of use and piece of mind!
47 West Elm Street is nothing short of AMAZING! After renting from South Shore Properties for the 3 years i have had no issues and don't foresee any in the future! No expense, decorum or security measure was spared! There are cameras everywhere!!! If you're looking for a secured, beautiful, modern, spacious apartment...look no further. The apartments are beautifully designed, spacious and luxurious. Having a washer and dryer in every unit is a huge plus and they are efficient and quiet, you don't even know they are running, the same for dish washing unit. Ample closet space with recessed lighting, magnetic closet doors and if you need extra storage space, there is storage units within the building. The kitchen is well designed with plenty of cabinets space and stainless steel refrigerator and over the stove microwave. The gated assigned parking is awesome and having an elevator in the building makes moving and bringing in bags easy. Another added bonus feature is Luxor for all your delivery packages, just like Amazon lockers and right on site! NEVER miss a package again!!! I could go on and on about this building but you will need to see it for yourself, you won't be disappointed, I PROMISE!
The amenities of this’s apartment complex are amazing! The floor plans are cozy yet spacious, with beautiful finishes. Excited to move in next month!
