Don’t move here. Everything was all good and professional until I relocated for work. They made it seem like it was a relationship I was breaking up with when I decided to break my lease. The professionalism went out the door when I broke my lease. They have hidden late fees and also additional late fees after the 10th day passed due date of an additional $350 on top of the $250 for being late. They try to make it impossible to catch up when you late and trying to have you have an Eviction on your credit. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MOVE THERE.

Preexisting electrical issues in our unit (lights flashing). We thought that the issue was fixed but come to find out it is not. Whenever my neighbor plugs in her devices things being to short circuiting, flash on and off, causes and electrical shock in my body. It’s a really hazardous condition. Maintenance staff is on the hand of one man’s back. This issue was addressed to the office. The response given to me was they would talk to the neighbor.

3 years and I have no complaints! GREAT community

If you like being forced to live in mold, making you sicker every day that continues to come back even after it’s been cleaned, Wynthrrope apartments are the place for you. They will not let you out of your lease. They will force you to stay and pay for an apartment, making you sicker and ruining your stuff every day. This should be a crime.

My apartment has roaches. I call for spays and keep my place clean, and I still have household roaches. They are all in my kitchen, crawling on cabinets at night, crawling up my walls, and in bathroom. This is unfortunate because it is a really nice place. I will not be renewing my lease.

Great customer service from the management staff and maintenance staff. Community is always peaceful.

Office staff very friendly and professional. Community is well-kept and quiet. Maintenance come the same day to complete request. I love my huge garden tub and hardwood flooring. They have the best resident events too, won't miss WINE DOWN WEDNESDAY ever and the Thanksgiving Dinner. IMPRESSED!

It is wonderful place to live, very quiet, and there is no crime. My guest say it is very quiet when they visit. Office has the most beautiful staff inside and out

This place would be awesome if security was better...In the last 2 weeks my car, along with 8 others, were vandalized and the manager told me because they didnt have cameras it wasn't there fault. Just this morning, I witnessed a man on a bike looking into every one's car. I hit the lock button in my car to scare him away. I hate it here and do not feel safe at all. Tje gate is slow and about 3 cars can trail behind you. It is very expensive and not worth the money you pay.

They don't value their tenants. The manager of the property doesn't listen to the issues. I haven't been here a year yet, but I won't be staying after my last is up. We've had robberies, break ins, and there no legit security officer over here. It's a gate community but 2 cars can follow you in through the gate, so what's the purpose? Maintenance?? What's that?? Slack employees. I saw a tenant review on another website about pest control issues. Overall, this place has too many cons, for me to renew my lease. I'm disappointed with this property and management. Please prepare yourself for some bs if you move here.
