Property Ratings at Wyngate Apartments
Property looks 100% digmfferent than photos. Management is rude and inconsiderate, moatly through poor communication. Things don't get fixed properly when they go out. The air conditioner is as loud as a landscapers blower INSIDE your unit. And they drain it into your shower (rusty sediment water goes into your clean showe).
I have lived at Wyngate Apartments at Sycamore Farms for five years the staff here is very accommodating and anytime you have a problem they take care of it immediately I would truly recommend any tenant to take a good look at these apartments
Wyngate is truly a place to call home. The property is always pristine and the support staff is incredible. I enjoy all of the community activities they provide, it makes you feel really connected. Caroline from the office is excellent! If you need anything she's going to save the day!
Under service animal it says they need written proof of what the animal is for...... Ummmmm no they can't ask that look up the laws rules and requirements needed
Super friendly staff and the property is always kept beatiful. I feel like I'm living in a resort!
