Property Ratings at Wyndsor Terrace
Kim the manager has excellent communication and is prompt to getting whatever you need done. Great place to live. By far the best apartments I have lived in.
Expenses that one would pay extra at other rentals are included here. During winter time, snow removal is above and beyond anywhere else. Close enough to everywhere one needs to go, but far enough to give the small town feel. Highly recommend to anyone.
Wyndsor Terrace has been my home for 5 years now. Could not be happier with this property. Excellent response to any maintenance concerns. Friendly staff always ready to help with any questions you may have. Complex is very quiet and calm. Cyride bus stop very close to property is very convenient. Hy-Vee grocery and gas is in walking distance also.
I have called Wyndsor Terrace home since 2012 while livng here I have seen much improvements to my delight. Expensive updates have been done to make my apartment feel more like home. I've turned down other places to live because I enjoy it so much here! I love that the property is safe and secure for a retired citizen like myself. I have had minimal maintenance request and when I had the staff repaired in a timely manner. My neighbors and the management staff here are friendly. There's simpy no place like Wyndsor Terrace. I would refer and recommend many to live here! -Jon
I lived here for a year while finishing my last year of college and I had nothing short of a great experience! If it weren't for me moving out of town I would have stayed here for longer. The management is by far the friendliest and most considerate I've ran into. If I had a maintenance problem it was resolved promptly. Which is something that I have not had luck with since I left. The apartment itself was super nice and up to date. It felt like home, Kim is the best manager! 10/10 recommend!
My wife and I have lived here for several years and the complex is wonderful and getting better every day. There have been lots of improvements including upgrading units and a new fire alarm system. Kim the land lady is a wonderful person who truly cares about her tenants and has more than once worked with us on rent. I highly highly recommend wyndsor terrace!
