Everything has been pretty great so far we have not had any problems we moved in m, in May and everything has been excellent this is a beautiful place to live

Came across 4 roaches since in the span of living here, haven’t seen any in 2 months everything else is solid. Would lease again heard the grass ain’t greener on a lot of other apartments at this price range

Excellent service thru the office and attentive service as well, glad to be here and spent my contract comfortable and peaceful, i like the atmosphere

I absolutely love these apartments. My boyfriend and I are so happy here! The management is amazing and so helpful, they give out the cutest treats for some holidays, they're always available, and they take care of maintenance requests so fast. Apartments are so great and units are spacious you definitely get your money's worth. Will definitely be renewing our lease we love it here!

the apt complex is very nice and well lit which is a good thing in my book because most apts are too dark at night and it makes it feel unsafe. Not at these apartments. I also love the way our complex looks visually its very nice on the eyes. Pretty. idk man everything is nice about these apts. Maintenance came to fix a blub in less than 24 hours and i've delt with terrible maintenance before so i was nervous but this changed my whole outlook on asking for help. Would recommend this place without a doubt 5/5 :) Plus the office gave these cute lil welcome baskets. Slay for real

Great place to live in. Round 2 of my contract and I'm still loving it. The location, the environment, the staff, especially maintenance, it's all fantastic.

Everything here is great and I love it. The only thing I would say is something to get used to is the parking since it’s either you pay 25 a month for a reserved spot or first come first serve.

It's been very cozy and pleasant being here. I like it a lot. and personally I am telling people about this place and they have considered it coming here to live.

Great complex for the price. Wish they had washer dryer inside each apartment. It’s nice and clean. Layouts for apartments and the location is good.

I recently met another resident who has been living at Wyndchase for almost the same amount of time, 3 years. We agree, it’s as close to a home type living and everything is within driving distance. The office staff and maintenance crew make sure the living experience is pleasant and memorable.

Roach infested. Nothing truly done about it. I was even told I'm the only who's "complained" about roaches, yet I've recently seen other reviews reporting this issue. I've also been told that they are in the process of finding an exterminator and this has been the case for nearly two months. In other words, I've been ignored and the problem remains. I honest to God wonder if these 3, 4, and 5 star reviews are somehow influenced. I just don't get it.

Pretty good apartment complex, apartments and condos are nice, access to pools and a/c. Sometimes takes a little bit if time to get things fixed, other than that nice place!

Recently moved in a few months ago, currently living in one of the "townhouse" style apartments. Have submitted many work orders, only to be told that it will be taken care of. The week we moved in, we had issues with our garbage disposal - few months later, we still have the same issue and no one showed to try to fix it. One plus, the rent fee is reasonable. However, the complex as a whole is rundown & outdated.

The apartments are very spacious and cheaper than most of the places I originally looked at in El Paso and the location is great, not quite in the busy part of the city but a short drive to either the east or west side and even downtown. I love being so close to the Cielo Vista mall and the Fountains at Farah mall, plus there are so many restaurants near by. The apartment complex has 3 large pools, multiple laundry rooms, grounds keeping every week and the staff is very friendly. Maintenance never takes long to fix any issues you have and they even have an after hours emergency number.

I've been living here at these apartments for 27 years. These apartments were constructed with structural security in mind. The managers have been mostly very helpful and courteous, and listen to your every concerns. I have a pool right outside my rear door patio. I have always felt secure as they have an on site security person. The rent is reasonable and no large rent increases at the end of the lease.
