Wyndchase Bellevue Apartments

Everything has been in perfect and clean condition and the staff have all been extremely helpful and nice. This is our first apartment, so we were expecting the worst, but everything has gone well.

I am finding that I am appreciating my surroundings more now that I am out of school and can appreciate my downtime more. Wyndchase Bellevue Apartments is in a quiet community that is still surrounded by the conveniences that I need. I will walk to many of the stores that I need to get to most of the time for exercise and the enjoyment of the neighborhood.

Maintenance workers have demonstrated attention to details and maintaining property integrity. The management of the office is professional and helpful. They have great events to encourage residents to look after each other.

Friendly management and very responsive maintenance staff , neighbors friendly and helpful, being somewhat challenged appreciate all helpful people and neighbors

Communication from the office has been great and the response rate from the maintenance team is awesome. Very friendly. The only thing that hasn’t been great is some of my packages have gone missing.

Haven't had any major issues with the complex. Leasing staff is very helpful and responsive and maintenance is timely when a request is put in. The management company makes a point to keep the property maintained and and visually appealing which makes the living environment nice. My only complaint would be the valet trash situation and the inconsistency for what the residence pay, however I know that is not a complex issue and more a contracted company issue.

I have been living here for four years, and even though the amenities are not current, the community is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. The staff is friendly and timely with management issues.

My overall time here has been pleasant. Neighbors are quiet and mind their own business. I have had some packages stolen from my front porch and from the mail room. Jodi is a great office manager.

I’ve enjoyed living here. I moved in almost 3 years ago. Everytime that I have had a work order maintenance has responded quickly. The office staff is responsive and attentive. My experience here has been great.

Love this community! Very attentive and supportive staff. Any issues I’ve had (minimal) have been addressed in a timely manner. Love the occasional events that allow neighbors to get together.

We had no issues on our move in and look forward to our stay! Also Jody was great and very helpful. She accommodated all of our helps and needs.

Maintence is fantastic! Russel and Gabe are extrenely kind and helpful. Jodi the assistant leasing manager is so helpful when you have questions. Nour, the head leasing manager, has no back bone and will not do anything you ask in a timely manner if she remebers.

Front office staff plus maintenance are extremely helpful making my new move in successful. Nour Jodi and Russell are the best. Fixed issues immediately

They have been so kind and attentive in terms of the staff and honestly, it is the best place I've lived with a lovely park-like setting! I will likely extend my lease!

Only been here for a few days and I love it the landlord is nice and the community is quite cool wish they head a front gate tho but overall i can see this being my last apartments I'll edit this in a few months.

I have been living here for almost four years, and every year, the company finds some new thing to add to our rent, like two trash collection fees, two administration fees, and community electricity. This is so disappointing. It is hard enough to pay to stay here without paying the employee's salaries too.

The staff is amazing! I love living here. I be been here for almost 2 years now with no complaints at all. I enjoy being close to work and family.

Nice quiet complex. Staff is always willing to help in anyway they can. Property is maintained. Staff is friendly. Convenient and located near shopping.

Everyone I’ve met here so far has been wonderful! The staff are friendly when seen out and about on the property grounds, as well as quick and attentive when a work order is put in for a repair. The residents have been amazingly friendly, nice, and have very sweet, well behaved dogs that get along well with my own very sweet and social dog! And the “garbage concierge service” can’t be beat! It definitely makes my daily life so much easier! 5 stars!!

My overall experience here has been great! The only issue I have with the place is the laundry room. The machines often malfunction which causes a great inconvenience for those who rely on those facilities. Other than that, it has been an excellent experience!

Nour was outstanding! Her knowledge and ability to tell me my options were top tier! She is simply the best! She was super friendly and patient with me. Mrs. Jodi too was super helpful and very informative! These ladies made this process SEAMLESS!

Best place ever people are so nice, the ladies in the office will do what they can do make sure you are happy with the place the maintenance men do wonderful keeping this place in shape.

I love it here. Very quiet and peaceful. The sunsets and sunrises are gorgeous. And the gym is wonderful. Less stairs than my last place is a big bonus.

Our move in experience has been nothing short of great starting with administration to maintenance. I would high8 recommend wyndchace apartment living to anyone in fact I already have.

This is a decent complex. It was great at first, but like most poaces, they don’t maintain their facade for too long. One thing that I don’t enjoy is the mandates that the new management put into place, like having to pay for two types of trash amenities AND community light (basically free money for them). Not to mention, since this wasn’t explained upon move in, no one communicated this to us, we just had to constantly go to the office to ask questions that no one had the answers to (I ended up calling the corporate office). Also, it’s becoming more annoying that the third-party laundry service that they’re working with is trash! The machines work sometimes, they raised the price on how much we have to pay (it went from 1.50 to 2.50 to be exact for EACH machine) and the company sucks at making the proper updates so we could use our cards to wash and dry (because who keeps quarters around anymore). These things make me not want to renew my lease, but that’s okay, maybe it’s time to go.

I appreciate that I feel safe in the community, it is quiet, and everyone has been very helpful. I have had very little issues with living here.

So far, I’ve enjoyed being a resident here. I love my vaulted ceiling, big bathtub, being in Bellevue and the very pleasant and helpful Jodi and Nor. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is when I come home from work late I have to park down the hill from my building.

I'm going on my 8th year of living here and love it!! As you can imagine, I seen several management companies managing the property and this is by far the best we've had! The staff is beyond friendly and helpful, and the property has never looked better. Even when residents leave junk outside of the dumpster at the front of the community, the maintenance guys are on top of it!! This is home and I'm proud to live here.

The staff is friendly and help whenever there is a problem. I have had no issues since living here. So glad I renewed. I’m looking forward to another year and possibly more!

Wyndchase Bellevue is a great location for me to the places that I have to go. I have great neighbors and love my community. So many things are in walking distance and I love that.

I love living here. I have a nice, quiet apartment, beautiful landscaping, easy access to shopping in both directions, and movie theater. What more could you ask for?

I really like Jodi in the office. She’s very friendly and always answers any questions I have. I think we could use more lights in the parking lot and our own parking space especially since I get in late and have to park down the hill.

I like the area of town that I live in, and my neighbors are great, but there is no meeting area for the residents to use for occasions other than the pool, which is not open year-round. The amenities in the apartments are old for the rent being paid, but the staff is great when you call about a problem.

Been great so far ! No complaints at all the staff is nice and always help with any questions or concerns that I have.The neighbors are nice no noise complaints since I’ve been here.

Love living here! Just renewed my lease and I don't see myself moving if I can avoid it. Close to great restaurants, all my necessities, and only 10 minutes from work!

Been a pleasant place to live for my first year here. Love the clubhouse staff and the maintenance staff is very hard-working all day every day, even though they are probably shorthanded. It appears to me and could use help, but that is all based on your budget, I understand and That and I know nothing about your current budget. It’s been a pretty good year here. Thanks.

Here lately, I have called and gone to the office twice for pest control and did not get service either time. The first time, I missed the guy because they were preparing for an event for the apartment community, and the second time, the guy did not come or I did not hear him knock, but I was at home all day. Now, not only do I have spiders, but I see a cockroach now. I am not happy because cockroaches are my worst fears.

The staff is so helpful. I love the amenities and the pet park is great for my dogs. The grounds are always well kept. Maintenance is always very responsive and quick to complete any work orders that I have.
