About Wuergler Village
Welcome to Wuergler Village. Free onsite washer and drying facilities. Fast internet, water, trash, and pest control included. Offering units with internet, sewer, and water included or a separate monthly utility fee. Safe. Secure. Clean. We have tried to make your move to Fort Novosel as convenient as possible. We pay for internet, cable tv, water, trash, and pest control so you will not need to shop around to find the best deals. All you pay is your electric bill which averages about $75 a month. The location is perfectly located for flight school. Cairns Army Airfield (your primary trainer airfield) is five minutes in one direction. The flight simulator complex is five minutes in another direction. And the Daleville gate to Fort Novosel is five minutes in still another direction. Other apartments may offer more amenities and more space, but that 20 minute drive twice a day, sometimes four times a day, gets old fast. I have heard numerous reviews after the fact telling me they wish they would have chosen Wuergler Village instead of staying in Enterprise. Wuergler Village consists of five buildings, with two units per building. All units are one bedroom and one bathroom, about 500 square feet. Four units are brand new and priced accordingly. Four other units have been partially renovated (so far) and are more cost efficient. But every unit is safe, secure, and clean. Me and my wife live across the street so we are involved with the apartments on a daily basis. We see who comes and goes. We respond right away if there are any issues. We are always available and easily assessable. A city park with a half mile running loop is around the corner. A grocery store and police station are around the corner the other direction. We are proud of the community we have developed at Wuergler Village. I am biased, but I think our new units are the best apartments in town. Give me a call or send me text if you have any questions.
