I absolutely love Wrenstone at the Highlands. The amenities are awesome. I feel like I live in a resort. The office girls (Kelcey, Kristen & Emma) are amazing and Josh is always on top of things for maintenance issues. Miss Peggy keeps our building nice and clean!
The pool and gym facilities are the best in Nashville.
Move in process was great. Everyone is very kind and willing to lend a helping hand. Maintenace team is awesome and are going above and beyond!

I have lived in several apartments in Bellevue and so far this has been the best especially the electric bills, very low. The only concern would be our rent, it’s high and goes up every year. That would be the only reason for us to move.

I really love living at Wrenstone at the Highlands. I love the nature surrounding this complex; it is so peaceful. Good for the soul. I also love the the gym! I am impressed by the squat rack, free weights, machines, turf floor length and overall cleanliness. I have not been in the pool yet; but I am excited to try it out. It is very peaceful to look out on with the lights at night.

Kelcey, Cristen, and Josh have the right attitude to make this a great place to live. There’s a lot of attention to details when it comes to the property itself. Everything is very well maintained. Staff really pay attention to details and really seem to recognize just how important fixing things as you go along really is. With the way they keep the property you never see anyone drop a piece of trash or leave anything out of order. Everyone here is respectful of the property and it seems to be a very neighborly expectation to all live well together. As I was moving in, with every load, someone offered to help me with that load and to get into my apartment. People are very quick to hold the door and to say good morning and thank you etc. This is a very good place to live with appropriate amounts of closet space and storage. We love our kitchen in our bathrooms are very well-made and easy to enjoy. Ask someone who worked in the custom home building industry for about 20 years. I have to say that I am very impressed with the quality of these apartments.

The staff at Wrenstone made the move in experience pleasant and stress free. The grounds are always kept up and the maintenance staff has always been responsive. The setting is quite and peaceful, allowing us to relax when at home. We would definitely recommend living here!
This community is truly like a resort, they even have a mini market on premises! If you don’t like dogs this is not the place for you because there’s a lot of dog owners here. You’re on several hundred acres too so cell signal is spotty but the privacy and quiet lifestyle here is hard to beat. The team is super helpful, I’ve had great experiences and I’m almost at my 1 year renewal!

The pool/pool view are amazing, the gym is one of the best, and amenities like the art room are cool. I’m not renewing my lease bc it’s not worth the $$ to live this far out and still have neighbor noise issues that are not resolved by management. I wanted to be able to stay here for a few years because moving is the worst. The complex is quiet, nestled in a wooded area, so you don’t have street noise. Closet space is good, parking is easy, and there are storage units in the building. It’s gated so safe to walk around, but there have been car break ins and wrecks in the parking lot. The main reason I’m moving is excessively loud upstairs neighbors that have made it impossible to sleep - the noise they create is loudest between 11pm-7am, and has negatively affected my quality of life and health. I’ve been in touch with the office via writing and in person 15+ times - they said they reached out to the resident, but nothing has been done to make my unit liveable. These neighbors moved in six months into my lease - The units above and next to them are also moving, so I don’t think this is a “me” issue. You might be fine w a top floor unit. Communication with the office has not been great - I would stop by the office to check in on the noise issue and they’d say we emailed you (they didn’t). I responded to the renewal notice twice and never received a reply. I can hear my next door neighbor coughing and on zoom calls; the fan in the bedroom below me hums throughout the night and rattles items in my room. For the a1c floor plan, you’re next to the elevator and can hear it beep. Not as annoying as other sounds, but mentioning in case anyone is sensitive to it. The balcony on the a1c is great, especially if you’re facing the pool. Electricity costs are reasonable, I never to turn on heat because the units seem insulated well, and Xfinity has gone out a few times. There was a period where the fire alarms went off in the middle of the night constantly. The power goes out pretty often and I’m not sure for how long, but stuff in my freezer melted at some point. You are in a bubble here, which may be good, but you can’t walk to much, so not great if you have car trouble. I wish the noise issues had been handled and communicated differently, because I would have loved to not spend time looking for a new complex and moving. Apartment hunting is rough and I wish I had some of this info when I was looking, so I hope the candid review helps someone!

My wife and I moved out of Wrenstone, after completing a full year lease, at the beginning of March. They charged us for a full month of rent, despite our lease ending on the 12th day of the month. We immediately notified them and have continually emailed the office and their management company asking for our money they owe us. Nobody has helped resolved this and they continually give us an email address to a corporate email that tell us the property has to fix it. We are now almost 11 weeks into asking for our money to be returned from both Wrenstone and their management company with zero progress. I would love to leave a comprehensive review, but every good thing has been tarnished by their lack of caring to return us our own money that they overcharged and took from us. I would leave zero stars if I could. This is not how you treat residents that have always paid things on time. We were told it would take 30 days and it's now been 11 weeks. Stay away from this place.

Wrenstone is hands down the nicest place I’ve ever lived! The apartment is beautiful, so bright, clean and the gym & pool are awesome! Plus there’s so many fun events which have been great to meet people!

Resort style living. Great amenities, remote feel. Moving outside of the city was a huge change for me, but it's more convenient than I would have realized to travel back into the city for work each day.

DO NOT LIVE ON FIRST FLOOR. I have lived here for almost a year & didn't have too many issues to start, but the ones I have had are very frustrating. Before you read below, I did really like living here when they first opened but they have disappointed me recently. They are brand new & have great features, but also have issues. Nice gym, & community but 1st floor housing was a problem. (this might have only been our apartment or a few of them but be aware!) The apartments have a keyless entry to your apartment with a passcode which is awesome, you can also control your air wirelessly through this. We have gone almost half of our lease without being able to use this feature due to their boxes not working. With that we can't see any time someone goes in or out of our apartment, nor can we give guests codes to get in when we go out of town. Or when maintenance comes, we have no idea because we don't get notified. The next major issue we had is BUGS. We have found 100's of centipedes. I kid you not when I say 100's. My girlfriend & I don't even feel comfortable walking around in the apartment without looking where we step it is that bad. I have reported this to the apartment many times & nothing has been done. They sent pest control once without notifying us & I was in the shower when they entered without notifying us. Luckily my girlfriend wasn't the one home in the shower. We found out that there were holes in the foundation of the building and that was how they were getting in. When I told the apartment this after pest control came they still did nothing. I sent them the following pictures below & nobody has even emailed me back after over a week. We had to end up fixing the issue ourselves & we still have a few centipedes here & there. Highly disappointed.

Beautiful property! Friendly Helpful Staff! Amenities are the bomb! So much to do to stay active!The grounds are well kept and all of the smart technology makes it easier when you have visitors. I love it here so far! I feel like I’m on a permanent vacation every single day!

Awesome location and apartments, we love driving into the community set back in the woods, feels like an escape from the crazy world when coming home :) And our apartment home is beautiful and very comfortable! The corner patio is the best!!

Overall, this has been a great experience, and the best experience since I moved to Nashville a few years ago. The team seems to really care about the quality of service they provide. The price is a little high, but there's nothing in Nashville that's affordable and liveable, so here we are.

I have truly enjoyed my time here at the Wrenstones. The staff has been great at communicating and has been extremely helpful. As someone who moved into the apartment complex in the first month of opening, both Yesenia and Eric have been incredibly helpful from day one with any mishaps or issues that have arisen with normal start ups of a facility. The apartment complex has great amenities (especially the pet spa) that really drive a person to love being here. I have had a fantastic experience thus far, 7 months in, and am really excited about the upcoming events that the complex has to offer.

This community is amazing, I moved in the day they opened (September 15th) so I haven't been able to enjoy the amenities as much until late but that doesn't diminish my review of the community. I did live through all the noise and construction but being from DC I'm use to the noise throughout the day so it wasn't. a bother to me but construction is close to done and I am glad to finally be able to fully use all amenities. This is a great place to call home truthfully.
