The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Worthington Square
It’s difficult to get a hold of someone, when an emergency happens. They don’t fix the problems right away. People who do not live here park inside the complex, leaving the residence without a parking spot. Leaks, broken fire alarms, takes them months to fix.
This apt complex lost its luster very quickly. So quickly that it's kind of sad to see. It went from being shiny, new, peaceful and cozy; to barely-functioning, messy, dirty and loud. From its broken sign out front (it was ugly to begin with), to its perpetually broken elevator; this place does not appear to have what it takes to withstand the test of time. Hopefully I am wrong. *I gave this place 1 star because I got to see what it was in its initial state, and it was awesome. Now; not so much. Hopefully between management and incoming tenants it can once more be an awesome place to stay, but it's entirely up to them. Pro's: Excellent location. As centrally located as it can get when it comes to Imperial. Walking distances to schools, sol market, 2 breweries, Johnnys Burritos, 2 banks and so on... The vaulted ceilings are a needed plus that gives these otherwise oddly/poorly proportioned apts a leg up (a lot of wasted/unusable space in them). Cons: Constantly-breaking elevator (it's known to temporarily trap tenants inside it). Thin walls, thin ceilings, and even thinner windows that seem to amplify sound and magnify heat. Conversations in the halls and pool area can be heard clear as day from the nearby units. Several families with kids have started to move in and so now the quad, pool and even the parking lot have become their stomping grounds (literally; they stomp around) and screaming appears to be a must for them as well. Extremely loud music in the pool area makes a more than occasional appearance as well (no time of day/night is off limits). Parking is scarce and unassigned, so it's a crapshoot whether you'll get to park inside. Pigeons have made this building their home and you will probably step on their droppings as you make your way in since the floor is covered in some areas, and they will definitely poop on your car eventually. Their droppings have never been cleaned up by anyone in maintenance, ever (gotta hope for rain I guess). NOTE: Management is now off-site. Meaning they're rarely available to attend your needs and paying the rent can become a monthly endeavor if you don't have usual business in El Centro.
Poor management. the grounds are dirty and the elevator breaks every week. Please live elsewhere
These are probably the greatest apartments in all of imperial! I love my home and the area is just perfect, being next to the schools and the park! Im proud to say i live here.
