Property Ratings at Woodside Village
DO NOT LIVE HERE unless you can repair your own appliances. I've had issues with EVERY SINGLE appliance since moving in almost 7 months ago. No one wants to fix anything and maintenance will catch an attitude with you for following up with them. It's not fair. The only thing they keep up with is their rent money. Trash everywhere, kids ringing people's doorbells in the neighborhood, front gate hasn't worked in over 5 years, no repairs. Even if you've just moved in you will need repairs. The rent is low compared to other communities in the area and it's still not worth that much. Since I've been here, my car has been totaled by the neighbors, my bathtub is coming apart, and the stove either doesn't work properly or overheats. Do yourself a favor and just pay the extra money to live somewhere else or you'll end up coming out of pocket anyway due to repairs or dealing with health issues (they have mold too).

I've been a resident at Woodside Village for two years now. I wanted to let anyone who is interested in renting an apartment with Woodside village, I highly recommend. The office staff is prompt and is always providing their residents with great service, they even offer meals for their community children.

Don’t ever get an apartment in wood side village. When you go to the front office and tell them something in broke I’m the apartment.they will say that the maintenance will come and fix it but won’t and If they come that don’t fix anything our bathroom tiles came off A year ago it has been like that since now and the light in our bedrooms have been off since how long lord knows and they have not fixed it .

I lived in these haunted, run down apartments back in 2006 after they where renovated. After the shabby reno,I had sewage floods and the apartment staff was a hot mess then. I feel bad for anyone that has no choice but to live here, I pray for you, especially the kids.smh I swear someone was murdered in my building.Hauntings

i lived here for 3 year's I met a lot of family not friends out there, I may come back because I love how it is quiet an at night you can walk around the complex a nice quiet community an fun place to live at

I went to the listing office several times to report a water leak and the people who work there are the rudest people I have ever met specially the assistant manager. To be honest I wouldn't recommend anyone to live there because of their management.

I went to complain about my garage and the manager and the assistant manger were very rude and had an attitude. I rented an garage for $50 a month. My garage for the past week was open and wont lock and I had my personal stuff in there and I wanted someone to come and fix my garage. she said that she didn't know that garage was mine. Then she said she is not responsible if anything gets stolen. she then said that she will put in a work order and she can't do anything else about it. so I'm just waiting for someone to fix my garage. I will not recommend this apartment to anyone.
