    The apartment itself is fine. I am troubled by the lack of real management. Since I have been here children around here have destroyed the common area. There is constant unregulated parking in fire zones, one of the gates seems constantly broken. It is really difficult if you work a normal 8-5, Monday through Friday to get to packages that delivery will leave and store in the office.

    The apartments are huge!

    First off, I love that it's gated. It's in a great neighborhood and feels safe. They have a pool and construction is being done, but I didn't see any workers. The laundry room isn't that great, but it would work, I guess. What I liked was the apartments themselves. Theyre really big and spacious. The lady in the office said it was like over a thousand square feet. theyre all renovated with hardwood floors and the kitchens have new appliances. i like them a lot.
