Woods View Apartments

been having problems since day 1 literally it’s soemthing new monthly here the people in the office don’t answer the phones the doors don’t stay lock in lobby cause someone keep breaking i literally an go on and on water problems etcc i DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE

It reeked like cigarettes as soon as I walked in. The pictures online show a hot tub and pool which are not accessible to tenants as they are a part of the hotel. As I was touring a couple was fighting very loudly and the rude woman showing me the place made it seem as though it was a common occurrence. I will not be moving here.

The building is currently infested with bed bugs!!

The Woodview Apartments is a very bad place to live. No parking ever, even though you pay rent the parking spaces are used up by hotel guest and visitors. So, it leave the residences no place to work. Also, if you do park some where in the hotel area because all of the regular parking stops are taken up then your vichele gets towed at your own expense. Secondly, a lot of theft at this place, especially down the storage unit and the property managers don’t do anything about it. Thirdly, the smells like drugs use is going on and it takes forever ever to get things fix or repaired in your apartment by maintenance. Oh lastly the management staff don’t ever take care of any concerns or issues the residents have like parking. Don’t rent from here big mistake I have ever made

What I liked most about living at Woods view apartments, was the surrounding area. It is close by literally everything you need, so it was always convenient for anywhere I needed to go. I do believe that it is out dated and could use so renovations. The pool here is convenient, however is not always a clean environment. The people who are also residents are very friendly and have great control over their noise level. I would rate this place a 7 out of ten.

The units are part of a hotel that were converted into apartments. The apartments are being updated, accent walls, new sinks, backsplashes etc. As well, the tenants have full use of the indoor pool connected with the hotel! Unfortunately, the tenant standards are very low as I would not raise kids here. A lot of public intoxication, police called disputes, and apparent addicts that roam the grounds. In five years the front office has changed out management three times, with poorer results one after the other. With the right management team, reasonable rent, and a hike in tenant standard this could be a nice move, unfortunately for now, I certainly do not recommend it.

I made an appointment online, received a confirmation email woth the date and time when I showed up 5 minutes early and waited till 10 minutes after my appointment no one answered the bell or the phone. On my second phone call a tenant told me that the apartment manager went to a second location for a showing at noon, my appointment was at 11, I left a voicemail to see what the confusion was and still have not heard back. Disappointed because at first glance I really liked the place.

I love it over here, when and if the opportunity arises I will definently be moving into the community. thank you for the opportunity to bragg about how good the building is! sincerely yours Joshua e.norman
