Property Ratings at Woodmere Reserve
There is a huge turn around with management, no one is every in the office who can help you, there was one great manager who did an awesome job (Hope). This apartment complex you can't get rid of roaches, spiders and bugs no matter how many times it's sprayed. Maintenance is totally horrible, they put a bandaid on everything patch it up and there it is; additionally, this place is drug infested, I smell strong pot coming through the vent everyday and since I have been here I have heard gun shots. This place is horrible, I gave it a (1), I did not want to give a (1), because (1) is too good. I would never recommend this place. These apartments are not worth the price you have to pay and I don't feel safe here.......very bad experience.
I moved to Legacy at The Lake when it was Woodmere at The Lake and I see a dramatic change in how they operate. The office staff is very friendly and professional and they try to work with you! They also just upgraded our laundry room equipment! I've only heard one neighbor upset with the office and it was because they would not allow her to pay her rent at the end of the month. Other than that, myself and my other neighbors have been happy.

DONOT MOVE HERE, I AM WARNING YOU ! My neighbor and my apartment were both broken into at 11:30am, which of course nobody seen anything mind you we both live upstairs ! They took all of our flat screens upon other items, one week later, two neighbors across the street apartment was alison broken into... The management is horrible, they wouldn't even let us break our lease! They didn't even immediately fix our apartment doors which were kicked in! I am giving you a warning please do not waste your money here, you will not live in peace. After my apartment was broken into, two people came and told me that the reason the people moved out prior to me moving in was because their apartment was broken into several times. IF YOU LIKE YOUR BELONGINGS, DONOT COME HERE!

We were so grateful that we didn't have any break-ins at all during the entire summer. But now hearing that you and your neighbor's apartment has been vandalized saddens us. The land scape is wonderful the living is great an rates are great with package.
It's okay for the most part, just needs maintenance to be more officiant.
My apartment wasn't ready for move-in even though I gave proper notice. Seems slightly unprofessional at times. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet which is a big plus. Apartment itself needs to be remodeled and it wasn't cleaned properly. I found other items from the former tenant still in drawers. Office management is polite and attentive. Maintenance crew very unprofessional. Looks like they were hired right off the street. No uniforms or proper attire identifying them as Maintenance for the apartment complex. Overall I rate this apartment as average.
