A couple of main negative issues when moving in within the apartment. The staff from the office to the maintenance crew were slow to address the situations. It took 3 weeks to get my dryer vent clog cleaned out.

The leasing process is quite simple, and all the office staff are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff prioritizes emergencies, which can be a bit slow depending on the type of work required. However, they do an excellent job. The place is very nice, and the cost isn't excessive.

Multiple issues with the apartment including black mold and a leak from apt above me, and no one has come to take care of them. Also screws sitting up out of the floor on a threshold between rooms. The painters were horrible, (overspray on all vinyl floors as well as large drips that were not cleaned up. Cleaning crew could be better: cob webs around sun room light fixture and bugs in many of the globes in ceiling lights. The layout is very good and I love the sunroom. The front office is very efficient and friendly and I appreciate that. Nice neighbors.??

The management process at the leasing office is super nice, and the people are quite friendly, however, when it comes to making work orders for the apartment, they are a little slower when answering the call. I don't know if that can be due to the fact that my inconvenience occurred the week of July 4th, or if it is simply slow. I think that is the only thing they need to improve for now.

I love the apartment community. I just wish apartments were kept up better. The apartments need a good power wash and I think window units should not be allowed.

I just moved in three days ago and so far so good. The area is so convenient, the staff is friendly and the apartment is amazing! I had a few minor things to address with maintenance and they handled everything so quickly. I love it so far!

Maintenance extremely slow and water bug issues. If you try to follow up with any issues, you do not get any answers. There is never any communication when they need to turn off your water or when/if maintenance will respond to the inquiry

Everyone is so friendly plus all the amenities that are available. Plus I found out on the cable package you get some streaming services for free which helps you save some money.

Overall, the price paid for the neighborhood is okay due to having a great location for shopping, restaurants, downtown Cary. The walls are sound proof so you will hear your neighbors at times and even though they say no smoking, I've definitely smelt some weed use from neighbors. Currently the staff is all new and helpful but there was been staff in the past who didn't do their job at all.
Very quiet neighborhood being close to mostly everything you need like grocery stores and restaurants. Maintenance when needed come and fix the jobs. They are older with minor inconsistencies but would still recommend.

The area is a decent area. The maintenance takes forever. The office is often closed unexpectedly. You get emails that the office will be closed in 2 days.

My leasing agent Maya has been awesome and very helpful. My only complaint is there has been a roach problem in my apartment, which is on the second floor. They have been coming out of the vents and the sink drain. I have not yet bought food or had a dirty dish, so I can only assume they are coming from the neighboring apartments.

Been living here for almost a month or so and it’s been pretty chill. Staff has been super helpful with everything, especially Tyana. It’s early but I have little to no complaints so far.

I enjoy living in this community it’s quiet & cozy I enjoy the sidewalks & the shops that are convenient & close to home. I enjoy that we have a lot of amenities as well.

My resident experience itself is not bad. I just wish my apartment was less outdated. It’s 2024, all apartments should look a certain way and be held up to a certain standard. I’m just used to luxury living and unfortunately, my apartment doesnt meet the standards that i am used to. That’s my only complaint/issue/concern.
