Property Ratings at Woodlands West Townhomes
They take more than half of your 4200 deposit if your being charged double. Dont expect anything back if giving them half of this amount. Please Be aware, even if you left the unit in excellent shape. Unfortunate for sure.
I have been staying at this place for a few months now... I have a roommate , however I ended up losing my job, and been having a really tough time finding employment.. I'm behind on my part of rent.. I have to borrow money to try and cover for my part.. It's really stressful , I would be just restful if you guys helped me with one month or two... I hope i win & thank you for the opportunity.. ;crossing my fingers) ........... Overall this place is a wonderful place to stay... It's very quiet .. The tenants are very friendly.. The management is always there to assist me with any problems I have... I would recommend this place to a fiend... Last but not least, I actually found my place on this site (apartments .com) come to think of it....
Management is excellent, townhouses are beautiful, large patio, decent sized balcony, numerous closets with lots of space, bedrooms good size. I live living here! Nice neighbors. Plenty of parking. I've lived here for 6 months and love it!
Clean well lighted community, pleasant place to live. Management is great. The people are great.
