Searcy is a small city positioned about fifty miles northeast of Little Rock on Highway 67. The community is perhaps best known as the home of Harding University, a private institution which enrolls around 6,000 students and employs hundreds of locals as faculty and staff members.
On top of the numerous public parks throughout the city, locals enjoy close access to huge nature preserves like Bald Knob Refuge and Henry Gray Hurricane Lake, providing great opportunities for hiking, camping, and hunting just east of town. Property Ratings at Woodland's Edge
I’ve lived here for a little over a year now and love it. It’s safe, great neighbors, when I place a maintenance request they are usually at my apartment within the hour, they repaint and replace the flooring between each tenant, it’s super dog friendly- there’s a dog park, lots of grass, big sidewalks, and dog pick up stations with bags. There’s a free pool, playground, gym, grills…. I can’t say enough good things. Also an added bonus is it’s a cute happy green outside and our apartment has nice wood floors, good paint, and a great floor plan inside.
I've lived at Roselawn for 5 years. The staff is always helpful and the biggest problem I've had is having to replace a light bulb. The prices are fair and the area is safe. I would recommend to anyone.
