Property Ratings at Woodland Village
I have lived here for almost 4 years and I love it. I don't believe there is a more affordable rental in Marshfield that has what this place has! My own washer and dryer in the unit! A private patio. Great area, close to all kinds of businesses. The property manager, Lynn, has gone out of her way for me on several occasions. Downsides are no garage. No dishwasher. By far the biggest drawback is the management company that took over a few years ago. They tore down the playground equipment. They dont allow me to have a hummingbird feeder, they dont want me to poke a hole in the ground with a shepherds hook. I have NOTHING good to say about Northern Management, but the property manager, Lynn, is excellent. She does all she can for the tenants even though I believe her hands are tied due to Northern Management taking over. If I move, Northern Management would drive me out, not Lynn
I have been here for a couple of years now. Ever since I arrive I found it a great place to live. Halls are always clean and smell great. My apartment is just what I needed and I haven't had any issues at all. Lynn, the property manager, is always ready to help and is always making sure things are ok for all of us living here. Neighbors are great. I'm looking forward to staying here for many years to come.
There have been many upgrades over the past couple of years which have improved the aestetic of the inside and outside of the buildings. The 3 three bedroom apartments are spacious and comfortable for a small family. The landlord, Lynn, is very approachable and quick to respond to any concerns. I have been here for 10 years and have had no major issues. Peaceful living in a friendly community.
I really enjoy living at Woodland Village, our complex is safe and quiet place to live. Maintenance always responds when you need them. The manager Lynn maintains the properties very well and is always available and gets along with everyone. I am very Happy living here for the last 3 years.
The property Manager is so great to work with. The apartments are a great place to live and they are accomodating!
