I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management This community is extremely beautiful and Peacefull. The office staff is extremely accommodating and friendly also
Cassie is by far the Best Manager I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a Very long time. More than willing to work with people no matter your situation. Nice quiet community everyone respects each other. Couldn't have asked for a better place to live, Thank you Woodland Trace Apartments.
No pool, no fitness center, trash everywhere, the playground is small and in disrepair. Screens missing from most apartments, the “rent” amount listed is several hindered dollars less than what is actually charged each month.
Don’t waste your time or money, none of the pictures show you the rooms that are available and they don’t match with any certain apartment. They have water issues and looks like foundation issues too, so many bubbling of the ceiling and cracks on walls and doorways,.
