Woodland Trace Apartments

I’ve lived at Woodland Trace Apartments for over 8 years, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience from start to finish. The community is peaceful, well-kept, and full of friendly neighbors who look out for each other. The management team and maintenance staff have always been responsive and professional—any time I’ve needed something fixed, it’s been handled quickly and with care. The location is perfect—close to shopping, restaurants, and parks, but still tucked away enough to feel private and quiet. The grounds are always clean, and I really appreciate how safe and comfortable I’ve felt here all these years. After 8 years, I can truly say Woodland Trace feels like home. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a stable, well-managed, and welcoming community.

Wish I could have put 0 star. Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever lived. Woodland Trace Apartments is a nightmare disguised as an apartment complex. If you enjoy living with rats (yes, actual rats), broken maintenance promises, and a management team that seems to vanish whenever there’s a real issue, then this is your paradise. They literally changes staff every two months so the person you talk to the last time will be a different person the next time you go in the office. Staff are not trained or updated on anything that happens from the old staff. It’s just a nightmare have to explain your issues to the new staff every single time. The rodent problem is disgusting. I reported it multiple times, and their idea of fixing it was to do the bare minimum—if anything at all. These aren’t just one-time sightings. It’s an infestation, and clearly, they’ve been ignoring it for a long time. I had to pay to get the rats out myself. All I can say is runnnn don’t live there.

Please do not move here I just got here in October and regret it they moved me twice and it’s still infested with roaches a roach fell on my face while I was sleeping and woke me up I am pregnant and they have been giving me many issues plus when I first tried to do a tour they told me no and just put me in a infested unit

The staff at Woodland Trace has been helpful with any issues. Always there to assist you to make sure your stay is the best way possible. Kametrise and Teyana are wonderful to be around and they get the job done

I enjoy living here at Woodland Trace. This is my second year and I would strongly recommend this apartment complex to everyone. Kametrise has been great with assisting me with any questions I may have when I come into the office.

Super NICE staff. Teyana and Kam are always there to answer my questions. The APM is always helpful and i just met the new property manager . She fits right in with this great staff

My renewal experience was easy and convenient. Ms lashon was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered every question I had !

I lived here, but can't recommend living there. It was ok at first. Over the years I've had to deal with great losses. Roach by thousands, Rats by the dozens, Snakes, Flooding, Mold, and if that isn't enough Rude, Incompetent, Unprofessional Management. Every other month Fines for whatever they felt to satisfy their own greed. Ooh, yes, Office Staff puts a excellent show to applicants, but totally different once you move there. High Crimes like Break INS and Auto Breakins. Allows Tow Trucks to enter at will.

If you want to live with roaches, snakes and unprofessional staff, then apply... if not, please look elsewhere. I made the mistake of moving here.If i could rate this place a 0/5 stars i would.

If you know what's good for you and you value your sanity, stay far away from this place. It seems awesome from the outside, but the staff is completely incompetent and has no sense of urgency. They have no idea how to do any of their own paperwork. It took them a month to take my old roommate off the lease and add my new roommates. Then when my husband and I wanted to move out early, they took another couple months to send me a roommate release form. The apartment complex decided to terminate the leasing agreement with our roommates because they [Woodland Trace] failed to hold up their end of the deal. They never responded to any emails. Our air conditioning was broken for months and they were unable to fix it. There was a leak in the apartment above ours which led to our ceiling molding and collapsing, which they also didn't fix in a timely manner. We also had bugs and they never came and sprayed, even when they said they would. Our roommates made it clear we were no longer living there and were not responsible for any fees. And NOW Woodland Trace is attempting to collect $2,300 from all 4 of us!!! Even though they terminated the lease!! Do not come here. It's not worth it...

This community is peaceful and the staff are super sweet and very helpful. They work together and communicate well with each other. They are even supportive of the community in which they supported my daughter and our troop by purchasing Girl Scout Cookies when they didn’t have to. Not only were they helpful to me but they also made my daughter feel welcome in the community as she works toward her goal in entrepreneurship. Thank you Ms. Alice and staff for your help and support!

So far so good. Easy approval process. Nice professional staff. Clean property.

Roaches, rats, mildew, every type of mold. The apartment they show you is nothing like what you will get. You will be stuck in a lease that you wish you weren't. Save your money and go somewhere else. These places are so disgusting. You can clean and clean and clean and the musk of mold is always there. The pest control is mandatory in your rent but you will have to do all the pest control yourself. The trash is also included but they only show up half of the time. Save your money, you will thank me.

After applying and getting ready to move in we did a walk through apartment. We found hundreds of roaches living in bathroom, the front desk bomb the apartment a few days before and it still had no effect on the infestation of roaches. DO NOT MOVE IN!!!!!!

The move-in experience has been wonderful and Ms. Rhonda was very professional from the beginning and very accessible. This was a great move-in experience. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to come see Ms. Rhonda.

I was having issues with my acct after my bank was brought by another bank. The office staff worked with me to make sure my rent was paid on time. Thank you again Woodland Trace staff for taking a headache of an experience and turning it into a more pleasurable one. Thank you thank you thank you.

I have lived here since may 2017. Save your money and rent elsewhere. The office staff seems friendly but they are not, and good luck getting maintenance to do anything. All they want is your money. I grew up in the projects and got better service and less of a hassle. This has been the worst experience with renting. Stay away from this place at all costs.

I moved in Woodland Trace by Thanksgiving Holiday in 2016, Melissa convinced me to give it one more try, month's later I did. The apartment is a God sent, anything I need to be fixed, it is done ASAP. I must say living over here has been a wonderful experience for me, whenever I go to the office, I'm celebrated and not tolerated ( but of course I pay my rent on time). Much love an appreciation to all staff that work inside as well as outside. We have to remember to treat people the way we would like to be treated. The attraction is extraordinary, parks for the kids, pools for swimming, walking trails and of course great security from Conyers Police Department and the neighbors as well, we do look out for one another. NO REGRETS at all living here and it's so convenient to eateries and the highway.

I have been here about 3 months and I am really enjoying myself thus far. The office staff is very friendly and seem genuine in assisting with any issues that are brought up. I always see maintenance out keeping the grounds clean and they have addressed any of my requests promptly. This is one of the best complexes I have lived and I look forward to the rest of my stay!

I have lived at this apartment for a year. Everyone is the front office is rude. They lie all the time and just leave the office empty for no reason. Last time they did this they tried to say our rent was late and even tried to charge us a late fee. We move out on the 9th of this month and now they want to try to charge us full months rent. These people are money hungry and do not care about the residents.

I lived at Woodland Trace for one year. The staff was always friendly to me. I was in the back and it was very quiet (serene) on my side. I loved the trash pickup curb side service as well as the grounds maintenance. They would come and blow all the leaves from the walkway and parking lot. The only problem with the apt was when one of the toilets would not produce enough water while flushing. I called the office and they sent maintenance and the problem was fixed. Great Experience!!!

This Apartment Changed me and my twin brother lives, We had nothing when we moved here, and They took a chance on us, The best staff, Good neighborhood standing, When God created Woodland trace apartments; It created one of the best atmospheres around, Thank you to woodland trace apartments, you guys will forever be dear to my heart. And thank you again for letting me live here.
