Property Ratings at Woodland Square at Montvale
The staff and personnel are terrific and the grounds and building are well maintained. The problem is the construction of the building and the lack of any proper inter floor sound insulation. The noise level from units above and adjacent is truly unbearable. Walking down the halls, you can very easily hear conversations within each apartment and smell cooking from each apartment. Complaints don't remedy the situations because these are structural issues. Unless a perspective tenant is considering renting a top floor unit, you will regret moving here. This is not just my experience, this is the experience of every tenant except those at the top floor.
