I’ve been living here for 2.5 years and had nothing but the greatest experience and customer service from Mikey especially. He’s taken care of all my needs and helped remind me to replace my HVAC filters. I’m staying here just because of him.

Good luck finding a spot after work that is close to your building. Maintenance is slow to respond to requests at times. Property management will cook up new fees and charges to pass along to residents like the newly established annual $100 parking fee.

We love the community and management, Shane and Yadi, go above and beyond with smiles on. Our property has excelled in many aspects; especially the resident events and involving my kids. Bring back the taco truck! I’ve been seeing some negative comments about parking but I appreciate the efforts, all the communities around here I visited before choosing here are charging for parking and allow one spot and no visitors, our parking is tight but I appreciate the extra mile they have gone to confirm I have a spot when I come home late and not seeing the same visitor with same yellow pass that never leaves. It’s frustrating. Customer service is top notch and my experience is excelling my experience!

It’s a great place to live with a modern facility with a very clean atmosphere. I love the staff. Mikey the maintenance’ guy is always there to help me with anything I need. He’s always on time and willing to help even when he isn’t working his shift.

Been here a little over a year and haven’t had any major problems so far. Had a small issue in my apartment and maintenance was quick and reliable took care of the issue right away. The tenants here mind their business and are working people

Came from a bad apartment complex before and they have been nothing but nice, helpful and polite here. Very clean and easy going.
Shane and maintenance staff at Woodland Ridge go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. I'm often greeted by my first name when I enter the office. Maintenance will also smile and wave while there on the property working. I couldn't be happier!!
Having lived at this complex for some time I would strongly suggest to look elsewhere. The constant change in management has been the biggest frustration, being told one thing by one manager only to be told it was wrong information by the new manager. The regular issues with the water and regular visits by the fire department for the fire alarms going off not fun either. Has been the most horrible experience ever.
Mold problems in most apartments. Same problem with unfinished work for over a year. Asked them to finish more than once still not done.and this place is a trap pay rent and not allowed to park in visitor parking car got towed $175 to get car back. Supervisor is rude and disrespectful to residents. Don’t sign a contact, you can do better than this place.

Lived here and had to move due to the toxic, hazardous mold that was in my apartment. The management tried to just paint over it but we knew the issue was worse. So we called in a mold inspector and the results were there were over 250,000 toxic mold spores in that apartment! So we were able to move out with no penalty, but we were never reimbursed for the $350 we paid for that inspector to come out which they promised to pay us back. Their reason for not paying: “Your file is closed” hopefully there is new management. Not a bad place and area, that mold has been an issue for lots of people there though.

Don’t let looks deceive you. This place seems nice bc of the renovations, but it’s poorly done. I’ve had issues with MOLD and water leaking for almost a year now. Maintenance here or the communication from the office to maintenance is seriously lacking. Either maintenance shows up and covers up the issue or they just don’t show up at all and I am always the one following up and trying to get the issues taken care of. My bathroom still has yet to be fully fixed - almost a year later; so laughable at this point. As far as this place being “quiet” as described on their website, it’s not. The walls are so thin (which is also an issue for insulation; the place get so cold during the winter and you’ll pay a LOT for heat) and you can hear everything!! There is also issues with a dog constantly barking in the early morning (2am, 4 am, 5 am) and this has been happening for the last 2 months now. I don’t expect anything to be resolved due to my experience of my bathroom not being resolved. Oh and they charge for pest control every month, yet I still get a lot of insects in my place. The staff in the office are all super nice, but it’s unfortunate that this place and management and maintenance are not good.

We take maintenance requests seriously and seek to address them as soon as we are notified. We did look into the dog/noise complaint, and were unable to substantiate the claim, which is why we advised you to contact the police after hours, as our noise ordinances state. According to our records, we are have worked with you to address all concerns including maintenance and will continue to do so.
