Property Ratings at Woodland Park
Over the past three years that I have lived at the Woodland Park Apartments starting in 2021. The Property's Management has declined allowing trash everywhere, loosing control of the pooling having to shut it down, putting band-aids on vital tenant amenities like broken garbage disposals, and keep hiking up rent. Would NOT recommend. Will be moving.

The staff has been phenomenal and made moving in so easy.
This has been the best place Iâ??ve ever lived. The rent is fair and I feel safe here. My only critique would be that I do not feel the pool was open long enough in the season, nor in the day.
Clean, roomy, updated property. I love how pet friendly it is. The location is great and central to many other spots.
The only issue I have is the parking. Sometimes is very frustrating.
They are very informative and extremely polite.

It' seems like a great place to call home temporarily and I love the amenities available to me as well as the quick access to I-49 so I would definitely recommend the townhomes as a place for my friends or family to call home too! Thanks so much for the leasing agents assistance! Lily is very professional and answers my questions quickly and I also appreciate the quick move in option as I had 10 days to find a new home temporarily and to move in by Wednesday is a miracle so THANK YOU LILY!
It was a great apartment in what seemed like a good, quiet, safe community.
Parking is terrible. Need to enforce stickers and non residents. Also need to make the trash service optional.

I love this complex! I feel very safe, it' clean, well maintained and worth every penny!
It's expensive, not able to use "the amenities" due to COVID. It is not the complexes fault but I think a rate adjustment is in order. We have all been effected by COVID in some way. Granted there is a lot about the complex I love but the cost may out weigh the gains.
I would definitely recommend these apartments to friends and family because the quality and value are unmatched and the location is perfect!

The parking situation here is atrocious. And the residents not picking after their pets waste is terrible. I don't want to worry about stepping on pet waste when I'm taking my dog out after sunset. It' happened before.
It' the 1st place we've seen that you get what you are paying for and more!! And we've been looking for a new place for3 months.
