Woodland Park Apartments is a clean and quiet place to live. I actually enjoy rainy days to watch the water flow down the runoff, it truly looks like a waterfall. The only down side at the moment is not being able to use the pool during these hot weeks. But I'm hopeful that it will be fixed soon.

I like my place so greatful just think once I furnish it & make it home it will be great very quite environment I barely hear my upstairs neighbors only down part is all the steps I have to walk to get to my apartment with groceries or what Eva, the pool not being opened and my mailbox being on the other side of the parkinglot no where near my house other than that nice place

I have lived here for 7 years and have almost entirely loved it! Obviously, nothing is perfect, but it has been a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere for the most part and that is what you have to consider, the for the most part part! I have had good neighbors, and good surroundings. The staff are helpful and also pleasant. I would certainly recommend living here to anyone who wants a quiet community.

The grounds are clean and the overall scenery is awesome. The office staff have excellent customer service. Courtney is the best! It's definitely a hidden gem in Greensboro. The apartments are gorgeous spacious and beautiful.
