Situated about 20 miles northeast of Detroit, Clinton Township is the most populous township in Michigan. Very helpful office team and management. Really make me feel that I matter in this community. They said they were replacing my screen door and they did when weather permitted.
Denise in the office was wonderful and I can't thank her enough for the time she spent with me explaining the community attributes. The community is beautiful and I love my view of the pond. Its Clean, quiet, peaceful and I plan to live here for many years.

Very quiet and clean community. Everyone keeps to themselves. Although i am barely ever there, when i am, I enjoy living in the Woodland Meadows complex.
I still love living here after all these years! Grounds are beautiful, maintenance always responds expediently and even though the office staff have changed quite often, it's been nice to build a rapport with the new ladies.

I really enjoy living at woodland meadows. I am a senior and live in a unit with a pond view. The apartment is the perfect size and I love the soaker tub. The office people are awesome and I love me neighbors.

Woodland Meadows is a safe, clean place to live . The maintenance guys are fast and clean and the office ladies plan fun comminity activities and take care of any issues quickly. I also love the two small ponds and the wildlife that live around them.

You can hear the neighbors walking upstairs. There is a lot of dog poop on the grass. The pond is dirty. It is polluted with plastic bags, flower pots, tree branches, and a huge amount of tree leaves.

I am a senior and really like my woodland meadows apartment. I feel safe here. I have an updated apartment and I love it. Soaker bathtub is the best! Everyone here is so friendly and respectful. I enjoy the pool. Look forward to using the updated exercise facility.

All is well so far. I give 5 stars because I'm satisfied. However, I'm handicapped and need a bar in my shower. I've had a couple falls already. Just want to be safe. Not a complaint but a request above management, but on behalf of property itself.

Love the grounds-ponds and the way the property is taken care of. My apartment is spacious, near a pond with a lovely view. People are friendly and the community is great for walking around. Maintenance takes care of things quickly and the office staff are always frioendly and welcoming.

So far everything has been great here. The neighborhood is very welcoming and very nice. We came in thinking that it would not feel like home but as soon as we moved in we loved it!

Thank you for completing my maintenance request the next morning and sending me an email on resident exp app letting me know that the request was closed. I like that we are getting a confirmation but could you include the details of the order. that's the way it use to be. then you could keep up with your own repairs. There are so many changes occurring its hard to keep up! Please keep our community gatherings/ coming.

best part, location is great, besides that this year has been a little better. the dryer takes over an hour to dry, which sucks! theres geese poop everywhere!
