Woodland Heights Apartments

I've lived here for 2 years since then. The gym and the pool have had multiple issues, most of which were never fixed currently. No treadmills, at the gym, both are broken polls. Then close half the year due to failing inspection. Playground's falling apart and multiple other things

The apartment complex has a problem with fleas. Despite my cat staying indoors, it keeps getting fleas. We've treated the apartment (and cat) multiple times, but they keep coming back. There are many dogs that are outside daily. Therefore, outdoor treatments for fleas and ticks need to be done regularly to resolve this issue effectively.

I have lived at Woodland Heights since 2021. I have never met such a wonderful group of people. Sarah and Brooke are the best. They have made my family feel welcome and special. The maintenance staff is very professional and courteous. No matter what you need done, they come quickly and get the job done. Sarah is a beautiful person inside and out. She is always making sure that we, the tenants know she is working for us 24/7. She has taken time to develop activities that we as a family can participate in. Please come live at Woodland heights your family will become a part of an ever-growing community.

Sarah is an amazing property manager and very hands on. The property has amazing value and serves their tenants well.

I have lived here for about a year and a half and I have thoroughly loved it! The staff is so friendly! They have always been so accommodating and helpful. Everything is always so clean & the amenities are really great. I will really miss it here when I moved but I’m glad this was a stop along my path!

I previously lived in Woodland Heights for two years about two years ago. It was the best apartment living experience I've had and I have rented apartments up and down the East Coast for years. The grounds are well maintained and management as well as maintenance staff were always responsive and cooperative with anything and all that I needed. I highly recommend this facility and its staff to anyone for your rental needs. It is a wonderful living experience and I recommend this facility above and beyond any other property in the Reidsville/Rockingham County area! Mark

I have lived here since 2016. The office staff & maintenance team are always on point! Every time I needed something fixed it was fixed within 24 hours and any emergencies have been fixed immediately! It’s the only apartment complex in Rockingham Co that has amenities. The cleanliness is amazing for such a big community. If you ever have any issues of any kind, management always finds a way to solve the problem without hesitation. Everyone is treated fairly and it’s always pleasant to go into the office. I would recommend Woodland Heights to anyone looking for a place to call home!

This is our second time living here. We just moved back from out town. We love living here. The staff is very friendly and is always quick to respond even if it is a burned out light bulb. The apartments and grounds are well maintained. The office manager is the best. She is always on top of every situation. She knows how to manage her property. Being in management myself sometimes you have to be firm. That's why we love living here. We know it is a safe environment. In this day and time that means a lot. Keep up the good work Sara and staff! You guys rock!

I have nothing but good things to say about the apartments, the apartment manager and the support staff at Woodland Heights. Any issues that we had with our apartment was immediately attended too and the staff was more than willing to see that things were fixed in a timely manner. The apartment manager has been very helpful and accommodating to see that our needs were met, and were very informative of any issues when getting into our apartment. The reviews that I read that were negative, are absolutely untrue and must have come from someone who you can't please no matter what. I have spoken with other tenants who also state that the manager is firm but fair, which is what it takes to run an apartment complex and keep it attractive to others to come live here. On special occasions, the property staff has held events for the apartment community (Pre-Covid), which I have never known an apartment complex management staff to do this. The do everything to make this complex a family friendly place to live.

My husband and I loved it..everyone was so nice and very friendly and helpful..our apartment looked great and very homey... The apartment manager Sarah is awesome and very much appreciated.. we highly recommend Woodland Heights..

It has been nothing but one big mess from the day I got my keys. On my move in date there was no mention of a flea problem or a broken AC unit. When I expressed my frustration about the continued flea problem and how I had not spent one night in the apartment that I had already paid rent for I was interrupted multiple times during the conversation and told “I do not have time for this.” But you’re the property manager, right? I asked who her superior was and was denied the name and contact information of that person. Property manager is beyond rude, unprofessional, and will make you out to be the “problem” when she is called out about not fulfilling her job duties.

Very disappointed and disgusted with the condition my apartment was in upon arrival. Property manager is rude and appears to run the complex as she sees fit. Being that this unit is not even 5 years old there are certain things that are simply unacceptable; (I.E.) mold growing in the breezeway of the complex. Do not be fooled by the stainless steel appliances and the granite countertops…this place is poorly managed as well as poorly maintained.

I moved here in November and I'm enjoying every moment of it. My apartment with the balcony is awesome. It's quiet and beautiful. I think it's going to be great living here.

I listed my house for sale and got an offer the next day! My plan was to purchase another house in the Reidsville area. However, house "inventory" is low and I wasn't able to find what I was looking for in a short time frame. When I listed my house, I had no idea I would "end up" in an apartment. It just wasn't on my radar. I visited several apartment complexes in Reidsville and Greensboro, and decided on WH because I have a friend who lives in the complex, the rent was reasonable, and I wouldn't have to uproot everything by moving to Greensboro. So far I really like my apartment and my neighbors are really nice. I don't want to jinx it because some units/people are louder than others, but so far it's been quiet. I feel safe there too. I'm going to be looking for a house again next year, but if things continue to go well at WH, I wouldn't be sad if I had to wait another year to move. And, I agree with the other reviewers, it's nice not to have to mow and do yard work and house maintenance...:-)

Woodland Heights was our only choice when we decided to sell our home. We love the ease of apartment living! It's given us so much freedom! No lawn care, no maintenance, no taxes! We are near everything we need, including the highway that connects to the interstate in just minutes. The staff has been great. We have super neighbors AND amenities that include two pools and two fitness centers. If you're looking for a great place to live and want to shed the realities of being homeowners, look to Woodland Heights in Reidsville, NC. Rent is beyond reasonable and its "set" once you've signed on. Love it!
