The location, community, and people are very exceptional. It's close to my work, the rec center, and other locations around town that I enjoy!

This apartment community is very quiet and friendly. The dog park is nice for the dogs there’s just enough space for the dogs to run around and the neighbors are friendly.

Good apartment to live in. Very quiet. Dog park is nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. No significant issues to report. Overall satisfactory.

I haven't talked to the neighbors much, but the facilities are great and the woodland crossing employees are helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The apartment complex was relatively clean and well-maintained. Overall great experience so far.

The complex my apartment is in is very welcoming and easy to traverse. Moving in was easy, aside from stairs of course but that's not the complex's fault. Overall I'm excited to start my time here at Woodland Crossing!

Very quiet and enjoyable. I am greatly appreciative of the car hose and vacuum. It comes in very handy at this time of year. The maintenance crew always responds quickly to any problems.

Everything has been great so far.The staff did a great job on the little things wrong and was fixed promptly. The office is always available for any type of questions.

The community is very nice. We can't wait for the pool to open so we can enjoy some swimming. We enjoy being able to walk or ride bikes in the area without any issues. The little park is fun to go to after a long day of being out and about.

I have been here s couple of years. It has been a good experience. I love t the location. Appliances could be updated. Maintenance is good. Appliances may be old, but they work.

Me and my husband had a really amazing experience with Woodland Crossing Apartment homes. The manager is really sweet, awesome and very helpful. The complex is always clean and maintained. Our puppy loves the little designated area.

These apartments are in a great location and are a great place to live. They are close to the busy part of New Bern and not far from downtown, but the noise level is not bad!

We just signed our third lease with Woodland Crossing! The community has been a great place to call home and the staff has always been great with any concerns we’ve had.

I love it out here, this apartment complex stays clean there not a lot of noise and the neighbors are neighborly. Pet friendly community, and the pets are well behaved no constant barking. It’s the perfect atmosphere for small growing families.

Just moved in. Toilet had no water in it, so I called the office and it was fixed less than 10 minutes later. Great first impression! Office staff is friendly and professional, and maintenance is awesome as well!

It’s pretty good here. It’s not noisy at all. Very peaceful.. when you call for them to fix things they come then or the next time available .

Great location, lovely apartment layouts, and good amenities. Our across the hall neighbors smell strongly of marijuana and some big dogs nearby aren’t well controlled, but other than those things we enjoy where we are!

Woodland Crossing has been a wonderful place of residency and I’ve thoroughly enjoy my stay here. Being close to the grocery stores, small businesses, historical sites, shopping districts, and many other locations that are only mere minutes away is phenomenal.

We have enjoyed our time at woodland crossing. The staff is friendly and tries to resolve any issues in a timely manner. The location is great being close to town and just a few minutes from down town.

My experience here so far has been really great. The staff is very good and respond in a timely manner. The fitness center works for me because I'm not looking into working out all the time but to maintain myself. The laundry room is nice and easy to utilize. Me and the kids are waiting for summertime so we will be able to enjoy the pool. I think that is what my youngest is mainly looking forward to. We enjoy walking around the complex and love the ponds in the area because my kids get to see some of the birds and turtles that live in the area.

We’ve been here for 2 years and the apartments aren’t bad. The noise from the neighbors is bad. They come home really late bringing random people with them are are yelling in the hallways.

I love where I live! Move in was easy! The apartments are nice and quiet. The only thing that needs to be addressed is the dumpster being overfilled for over 2 weeks

Great living here!!!!!!! Very Professional love the staff and maintenance. Anything you need done they are there to help. My apartment is very homey and I'm very comfy.

I am doing well. I have nothing to complain about. I was not here during the snow storm but my son said everything was okay. It was different for him because he is from California and there is never snow in the city only in the mountains.

Love the community, the apartment, and the amenities. The only things I cannot figure out is how to unprogram my thermostat from the last people who lived in my apartment. I will put in a maintenance request to fix that as I have tried on my own and am unable to figure it out.

The staff here are very professional. When I have a need they are able to work as quickly as possible to remedy the situation. When I walk into the office they are very pleasant and professional.

The community here has exceeded my expectations as everyone is respectful of each other as well as the staff being very communicative with everyone.

I enjoy the quite community. I suggest having the stairrail cleaned as well as the walkway areas of the apartment buildings. There are lots of spiders in the walkways.

The office staff and maintenance staff are awesome! They respond quickly and are always professional. When you have a maintenance issue, they leave a work order showing they were there, including time and what was completed.

Apartment is very spacious and the staff is super friendly. All the amenities including the gym, pickleball court, laundry room, and dog park are top notch!

Maintenance and front office are always super quick with anything we need. Super helpful and friendly, also accommodating to schedules. We love it!

Quiet little community, nice amenities, dog friendly and close to anything you may want to do whether it's shopping live music downtown and even close to the aquatic center for them hot summer days

Apartments are nice size and layout. Great location. Noise level is not ideal. We enjoy the amenities that have been freshly redone, and the staff is friendly.

Staff has been wonderful whenever I need help with anything. The actual apartment is very nice and well kept. I feel right at home here and I am glad that I chose Woodland Crossing.

A majority of the people that i have interacted with are nice people very polite. It’s a friendly pet community. Everyone is respectful of each others space and from time to time you can get a helping hand from one of the neighbors. So on a scale from 1 to 10 I can give Woodland a 10. It’s one of the best neighborhoods and your close to almost everything

We're been here 6 years. Experience overall is good. Varied somewhat, but on upwards path now. We are pleased. We expect to be here for a while. The location is great.

I love my new apartment at Woodland Crossing. I have told others how great this complex is as well. I had a smooth move in and Marissa has been very helpful.

Woodland is a very quiet complex. Other than outdated appliances in the kitchen and bath, it’s very nice. Friendly staff and efficient maintenance team.

It's nice and quiet here. The staff is responsive. The pool is lovely and well maintained. I like the gym, but would love it if the elliptical weren't facing the wall.

We are enjoying the special events each month like the taco night and pumpkin painting. Things look nice with the power washing and tree trimming. We are looking forward to trying out the pickle ball courts.

My residence experience has been mostly positive. It's a great location. Management is responsive to my needs. Communication with residents is good.
