Staff and service personnel are unprofessional. Many buildings are in poor condition and have water damage through out. Roofs with blue tarps and water intrusion.

The leasing staff made it easy for me to apply and move in at my convenience due to my work schedule. The welcome kit was really thoughtful as well and everyone made me feel welcomed. It's quiet and the people are friendly as well. Great place.

They don't fulfill your maintenance request AT ALL. They make it your full-time job to contact them every single day about a maintenance request to the point where you have to call Demetree, the corporate company that owns this apartment, to talk them into actually fulfilling the request. Not to mention, review dating 9/18/18: SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME. Apparently, it's "legal" to let someone make a last-minute decision on staying in their apartment when it was up for grabs I paid for the application for the same room, and made me wait for another room. I absolutely will not renew my contract, nor will I EVER stay at a place Demetree owns ever again.
We have lived here for 10 months. We have two young children. The first 2 months (every day, several times a day) that we lived here we had large amounts of marijuana smoke come into our apartment from the downstairs apartment through the vents. When we made a complaint the front office stated that the issue would be gone by the end of the month, because other tennants had complained about the issue. The next month came and we were still having the issue. We made another complaint and the lady in the office was rude and telling us that the people moved out and was pretty much calling us liars. She also stated that this is not a smoke free place so we just have to deal with it. We informed her that the people below us are definitely the same people and have not moved out. We then talked to the manager and she was a lot more reasonable and professional. Turns out that when we made our initial complaint and told them our building and apt. # they didn't document and just assumed that we were talking about the apartment over where they were having the same issue. When it got sorted out that we were talking about a different building we were told that there was nothing that they could do and for us to call the police. When we called the police they informed us that there is nothing that they can do unless they catch them in the act, which is hard to do. The only way that we got the smoke to stop was from informing the elderly lady downstairs that her 30 sons were smoking and it was coming through our vents. We also have a huge roach problem. The roaches are coming in through our kitchen outlets. They keep spraying for them but it doesn't do anything. They can only spray on thursday. This month we asked for it to be sprayed every thursday and it was only sprayed once. A ton of kids play outside in front of our apartment and they play in-between vehicles and hit them with balls and are very loud. There is no playground and no shaded area for walking. Our vehicles have gotten several scratches and dings in the parking lot from other vehicles hitting them. The pool has only just recently started to be cleaned even though it has been hot outside for months. We were told that the apartment we were getting cost $100 more because it was "remodled" it looks very plain and has very little storage space. No washer/dryer hookups or anything in the apartment. The only positive is that my kid loves the elementary school and it is in a good area.
if i could give negative stars i would. I haven't even moved into this place yet and I am sick of them already. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They took my money for an application and deposit (the only reason I'm still dealing with this mess) KNOWING they didn't have any available units and now they have raised the rent amount originally agreed upon, they are pushing back my move in date and now I still do not have an assigned unit and this is the second time they have told me an assigned unit will now not be available. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!
These are not luxury apartments but priced as so. They are your basic model rentals as seen throughout Brevard. Woodlake Village is price gauging due to their close proximity to Harriss. You can find newer, better, cheaper apartments throughout Palm Bay. Not worth it.
This is a place under construction after 40 years of being here, so I'm told. There continues to be issues with various things, such as a.c. units being broken, flickering lights in the breezeways, broken laundry machines and a roach issue. You can call and complain and they will come but they only give temporary fixes. The problems always come back...especially the roaches. The outside is looking better but it's taking a very long time. I've been here 8 months and some areas still have no apartment numbers liisted. Woodlake Villas is not the best place to live right now. Management is new and I'm not sure what to expect next. If you have time to your research...do it before making Woodlake your final home.
I have lived in Woodlake Villas for almost a year I was very happy and delighted with the apartment the area and the staff. But now my lease is up and went up by almost $200.00 dollars that really hurt my pocket. I asked 2 months ahead of time and was told that it would go up only $100.00 needless to say just make sure you get all the information in writing for your own records. I know have to stay with family because finding an apartment can't take up to 60-90 days. I will greatly appreciate the opportunity to win this free rent for life, my need is very crucial.
