Having lived through several management changes, I can say that Sunrise Co is the least responsive. Many buildings have bats, which has been a problem for more than 5 years. Maintenance is rarely reachable, and often shows up unannounced. Overall, I'd recommend avoiding

No leasing office onsite, extremely hard to get them to answer a call or reply to an email. We moved in a week ago, after 5 voice mails and 5 emails we still do not have our mail box key. None of our maintenance request have been addressed either. Extremely disappointed!!! Also only one washer and Dryer in each building with 8 units.
