Former Woodgate Residents We enjoyed living at Woodgate. Overall, we had no problems with HVAC, plumbing or electrical systems and we lived there for 5 years. The dishwasher and stove had some problems because it was an older model, but it was replaced in a matter of weeks. It was neighborhood friendly, and the Woodgate apartment complex leads to a nice walking trail.

The property is centrally located near Rte. 29 and Stone fields shopping center.Its' about 10 min. to UVA Hospital and the down town mall. But most importantly, the property manager is very professional , friendly and approachable .And will always call back at her earliest convenience. The maintenance people are quick to service any emergency issue's you may have ASAP. And basic issues within 24-48 hours when ever possible. Been here one year and never had a problem here at all. It's so quite and peaceful and we look forward to having another great year here at Wood gate. ***** R.H.

Really happy with the Woodgate Apartments. The Management is very friedly, quickly responding to all problems. The location fantastic, ground maintenance very good.If I could wish for something, it would be newer stove.

Fran was great! I met with Fran last week to see an apartment at Woodgate, and I was very impressed with how knowledgable, friendly, and professional she was. I decided to lease a different place just because it seems like a better fit for what I'm looking for, but I would definitely recommend Woodgate to others.
Woodgate move-in We first inquired about Woodgate and spoke with the property manager, who is the most friendly professional I’ve ever met. She went out of her way and went the extra mile to get us what we needed in terms of Location and had us set up in a timely fashion. I don’t know what we would’ve done without her help. We were on a time crunch only had a day to get in our new place and out of our old place. You all made it an easy transition and I would recommend Woodgate to anybody who asked where I thought they should look for housing. It has been a great experience. thus far and we are very happy with our decision to live here. Five stars to Woodgate. R.
