The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Woodfield Heights Apartments
Truly an awful experience living here. Management is extremely rude but absolutely no accountability for any problems in their units. Live anywhere else.
Property Manager at Woodfield Heights Apartments, Responded To This Review
We take all feedback seriously and strive to provide every resident with a clean, well-maintained, and respectful living environment. However, the claims made in this review are inaccurate and appear to stem from a documented lease violation within the apartment. Our community standards require all residents to maintain their homes in a clean and sanitary manner as outlined in the lease agreement. These standards exist to protect the health, comfort, and safety of all residents in the building. When issues of cleanliness arise, management is obligated to address them promptly and professionally — which was the case here. We believe this review is in retaliation for our efforts to enforce community standards. We remain committed to upholding a high quality of living for all residents and encourage you to contact the management office directly if you wish to discuss this matter further.
The apartments are spacious with two full baths. There's plenty of closet space. The property welcomes pets. Grounds are well maintained, too.

Thanks! We are incredibly grateful that you took the time out to leave us this note. Our company values put customer satisfaction as top priority and we are committed to our customers.
It’s a comfortable place to live and the staff work together with you to resolve any issue; and they do it with a professional positive mindset. The staff listens without judgment to any concerns and will work with you to ensure or resolve. Everything does have its positives also negative things but nothing is so negative that really needs to be addressed like I mentioned the staff works hard to make your family comfortable you will enjoy living there!

Thank you very much for such a great review! We work very hard to make sure that we are offering the best experience. So happy to hear that our commitment was clear with you!
Depending on the amount of applications you make and if you get denied. You will not get any of the money back. Better hope you know you will get approved. Good luck.

Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced here at our property. Please contact the office to discuss any concerns or issues. Thank you.
Reviews are fake, this place is a dump. Police are there all the time, the nickname in the neighborhood is "The Projects". There are cheaper places to live that are way nicer. Trust me, save yourself and run from this place.

We have been here over 5 years. Colleen, Joann and the service team are fantastic. Colleen has always been so helpful when there is something that needs to be addressed here. She is a true star! I have seen her work with many different types of tenants with the expert customer service that only comes from someone who truly cares about her renters. Yes, there were so rough edges when we first moved in, but management has been proactive in making sure that everyone here is accommodated to assure the complex is safe and happy for all concerned. This is amazing given that in any community setting, with different personalities, those who follow the rules and those who break the rules, etc. it can be very difficult to navigate. Yes, there are rules--common sense rules. Pick up after your pet, pay your rent on time, no loud music after hours, etc. things that make living in a community environment possible. The newest improvements are great. A real mail room. You can have packages delivered to the complex with no fear that someone will still them off of your porch. You can pick them when you have time with your own pass code into the mail room! The new upgrades to the building are also amazing. The new floors, fixtures, etc. beautiful. The new brighter lighting in the underground garage is excellent. No need to worry about a dark garage when you come home late at night. The gentlemen who are the repair team are quick and response to repair issues and very respectful to the renters. Joann, leasing agent, is also an asset to the team. When we came on board there was a women named Crystal who was also fantastic. It is good to know Colleen makes sure all hires are here for the BENEFIT of the renters, and have the right attitude for the job. We plan to be here for many years to come. We are treated with respect and consideration in all they do here. This is a hard thing to find in this day and age!

Thank you so much for such a great review, our staff is very appreciative of the positive comments and we will continue to strive to improve the customer service and property. Thanks again. Woodfield Heights Apartments Management.
I absolutely love this place! There is so much space to walk and run my dog, there's a beautiful pond within walking distance and the people are nice and polite and give this place a feeling of community. The management has always been kind and understanding while the maintenance guys are quick and always respectful! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Thank you for taking time out to submit a review. We're happy you love it here and enjoy having you as a tenant. Woodfield Heights Management
Horrible place to live!!! Cops are there nearly every week, management is lazy and maintenance is even lazier, our heat bills in winter are always through the roof, the management team is always harassing innocent tenants instead of kicking out the bad tenants, nasty laundry facility, neighbors like to play loud music at 3am, they sit right under your window while smoking a cigarette and talk so loud to the point where you cant hear your own TV, and they also let their dogs pee in the hallways...... The list of reasons not to rent here just goes on and on....

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. We are sorry that you are unhappy here. Management staff is here if you want to come in and discuss your issues and maybe we can fix them together. Woodfield Heights Management
I can stay I've had some rough months in the past 3 years I've been here. I also can say that management is easy to talk to and is willing to work with you if need be. Maintenance and management work hard to keep the place clean and tenants happy. This complex is quiet and beautiful surroundings. Each building is getting an uplift with new carpeted halls with a fresh coat of paint. Halls are looking like a nice addition to our homes. I once wrote a bad review. But I can honestly say I was wrong for it. Management is helpful and is willing to always work with you if you just communicate with respect.

Fake reviews. Don't believe what you read. notice the replies from management on all of the bad reviews... not even a thank you on the so called good ones. If you rent from them you will be sorry!
Property Manager at Woodfield Heights Apartments, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your review. It would help if you could elaborate on what is so bad here. Also, if you have a problem, why don't you come down to the office and talk with us instead of leaving a bad review with nothing to back it up? Believe it or not, some of our residents DO actually love living here. They are the ones that follow the rules, pay their rent on time and actually care about the property. I hope you come to the office to speak with us. We don't bite. Woodfield Heights Management.
We love our home! Its clean and quiet. New carpet and paint. on site laundry. A beautiful park and pond right across the street! There is a fitness center with nice equipment. I love the underground parking garage. They are pet friendly and even have a dog park. The management is friendly and truely cares about the residents. We will be here for a long time. Colleen and Joanne are the best!!
I lived here 5 years, NEVER an issue. Then mgmt decided to drop housing assistance, and I was illegally evicted by new Management staff. coincidentally they now refuse to accept disabled tenants with housing assistance. Hippocrites!
Property Manager at Woodfield Heights Apartments, Responded To This Review
Thank you for taking the time to review our community however, I would like to clarify a few things. We did stop accepting housing assistance but for the residents who were already using it, they are allowed to stay. Second, there is no new management staff. Current management has been here for over three years. Third, non-renewal of a lease is not an eviction. Last, we accept all tenants that meet qualifications.
I love my apartment for so many reasons. I have a beautiful view. My apartment faces south so the sun comes in the windows in the morning and brightens the apartment all day. I don't have to warm my car up or scrape the windows in the winter because I can park in the climate controlled garage. There is a park nearby that I can take my son to. We have a fantastic staff that really cares about the property and does everything they can to make sure we have a clean, safe place to live. They repair broken things quickly and are very easy to talk to. This is the longest I have lived in one apartment since my divorce and I have no plans to move out soon. It's a great place for families and I recommend it to anyone I know that is looking for a new home.
