Woodcrest apartments are ok. They should update them all to be modern without raising the rent. But overall not a bad place. Walls are very thin.

Easy and fast move in. Post problem was approach but water doesn’t get hot 100% out the time. I appreciate how they handle things so far and so happy with all amenities

Woodcrest is a quiet community the only problem is with people that refuse to leash their dogs and because their is no on site management their is a lot of dog poop and visitors that feel entitled to park in resident parking. A neighbor in another apartment was telling me her boyfriend was hiding his car so she told him to park in our lot. SMH which means I have to park in another parking lot. Woodcrest is definitely going to project level. I have been here 3 years and cannot stay much longer.

I have no major issues besides the rent prices. Complex performs proper maintenance and the area is quiet. They do not offer discounts for long term tenants and expect yearly increases. If you are looking for short term housing like 2-4 months I would not recommend this location since it is cheaper to rent for 12 months at a time. If you work locally it’s a good move. There’s a dog park and playground for those with pets and children.

The apartments are nice and some neighbors are okay others are something else. I've noticed some in particular like to leave their trash bags outside the dumpster and when it's windy or raining the trash gets everywhere.

The neighborhood is pretty good. It is very quiet, there’s a dog park and a playground good for families. I have no issues. I wish the rent was lower but I guess I can’t complain…too much.

It's a great starter apartment. Don't like how they got rid of on site maintenance, request take forever to get handled or don't get handled at all unless it's marked an emergency.

My fiance and I moved in just before the Christmas holiday. Jackie was so friendly, attentive and responsive to us throughout the whole process - from first tour, to continual phone contact when a one bedroom came open to our day picking up the keys. The neighborhood is pretty quiet - fellow tenants keep to themselves. The common areas such as the hallways could do with a clean more often but our apartment itself was very clean when we moved in.

A bit expensive, but it is worth it. The neighborhood is nice, located near middle school. There is no problem with parking, and the maintenance crew can solve any issues you have

Management keeps me updated about community changes and events via email. I have no complaints. The community is clean and quiet. It would be a lot better if they added more lights outside but it is not dark the community is fairly lit.

This apartment complex is ok. Need more maintenance people because things need to be fixed and take a long time. Price is too high for these old apartments. Regular updates after several years should automatically be done and not have to ask about it.

Great community needs a fitness center. The staff is very helpful. They have answered all my maintenance request quickly. Great location as well pretty quiet area though neighbors can be loud at times.

My apartment was nasty . The blinds was dirty, the vents had black stuff / dust stuck to them, the tub leaked for months, they painted over the walls with all kinds of stuff in the paint. The tile on the floor was nasty . I would not recommend living here. The office staff Jackie has a nasty attitude.

We lived here for about 4 months and the experience was... good at first, but later became a nightmare. On the day we moved in we had no screens on the windows and with a toddler, this was not a good situation to be in. There was obvious damage to the apartment from the previous resident, and we noted most of the more noticeable damage which came back to bite us in the end. Some appliances leaked but we were happy with the response from maintenance. Within a couple of months, there were more issues that maintenance never responded to until after we left the apartment. The AC unit barely cooled the apartment in the summer months and our family was sick for most of the time living here. We didn't realize until after we left that it was most likely mold poisoning coming from the AC ventilation because we quickly recovered once we were out of the apartment. When we did a deep clean of the apartment we realized the kitchen floor was covered in mold. Then after we moved out, they charged us for something that had already been damaged on the day we moved in by the previous resident, but since we failed to properly log it we ultimately paid for it.

Overall, my resident experience has been great. I enjoy living at Woodcrest Apartments. My apartment is comfortable and meets my needs. The bathroom is a bit dated, but functional. The management staff is friendly and always willing to assist. The maintenance staff is also great. I recently received a new A/C unit and air handler. I’m thrilled about that.

The Woodcrest apartments are ok. They do not update anything regularly in the apartments. Maintenance is nice but takes a long time to respond to request. Rent is too high for these apartments. Office staff doesn't return calls or concerns in a timely manner. Not too bad and not anything great.

The appliances aren't that great for an "upgraded" apartment. Oven doesn't work, dishwasher leaks, but overall the apartment is nice and spacious. Good central heating, and new carpeting. Neighborhood is very quiet, I barely hear my neighbors, and when I do see them, they're friendly. So all in all, 4 out of 5 stars.

Real quiet here. Haven’t had any problems here. The staff is great. Their is parking and you don’t have to fight over a spot. The dog park is convenient

The surrounding area is very clean. The dumpster is emptied frequently enough to keep the area neat. There is no loitering in or around the entrances.

No one in the office communicates with maintenence or tenants. Then the office expects you to take time out of your workday to send a work order that is always completed immediately when no one ever shows up to fix the problem.

I enjoy living here my only problem is that all the appliances are out of date. My fridge is so old I have to hold a blow dryer to the back to defrost it or it won’t work .

I enjoy living in Woodcrest Apartments, but I would to like to see more attention paid to the grounds. Grounds often have trash, leaves and other tree debris, etc.

The staff are very friendly and I love the location! The rent is affordable and the the building I'm in is fairly quiet. It has been a good experience living here.

The place is dirty. They move me in the apartment that I didn’t see prior to moving, trusting that the people working will move me into a proper and move in ready apartment. It turned out that the apartment I moved into is infested with bugs, flies and cockroaches. I was promised that the apartment will be cleaned and that there will be exterminators coming to fix the bugs problems but there never was. The carpet people still hasn’t come to my apartment yet. I will never recommend this company to anybody.
