Property Ratings at Woodcliff
The front desk and maintenance staff are all first class employees. Anything and everything is taken care of in a timely manner and everyone is friendly. The complex itself is nice, kept clean and neat, and it has a very safe feel. I moved out only because I got married, but I would definitely put this on my first choice apartment to rent at. I have stayed at a few places in Pensacola and this one by far had the best management and facilities.
We love it here. The front desk staff and the maintenance staff are super helpful. The residents are friendly and everything is well maintained.
It's been a really great experience at Woodcliff. I was in desperate need of an apartment due to some medical issues and the staff was understanding, welcoming,and kind. It has been that way ever since. The maintenance team are quick, professional, and knowledgeable. I work from home and they are always considerate of this whenever they come in. The front office team are always available when needed and quick to help with any needs. Very happy I chose Woodcliff 4 years ago! Thank you for everything! #43
I have lived at Woodcliff for 6 years and have been extremely pleased with my apartment, the staff and location. This community is very pet friendly and includes 2 dog parks. The staff, Lisa, Courtney, Jessie and Emelio are friendly, caring, respectful and professional, always greeting guests & residents with a friendly smile and pleasant greeting. If you are looking for a safe haven, friendly residents and wonderful staff you will not regret becoming part of the Woodcliff community.

Very nice units, good neighbors, very nice management. The upkeep of the community is also outstanding!
I love living here! Though it is pricey, they are quick to respond to questions, they respond quick with maintenance and it is overall a great community to live in. They keep up with their property and don't just let it go as others do. Their is enough space to walk and is pet friendly!

clean grounds, my unit had upgrades so super clean, quiet, parking is not crazy, dog friendly with two dog parks. Maintenance is responsive and friendly.

Although only there for a short time due to Military orders, had great experience. Lisa and Terresa in the front office are amazing and any concerns I had ( and there were very few) were immediately handled in a professional way. Community is quiet, pool well maintained and the apartment was in great shape at move in. Often these corporate locations lose the personal touch but they have not here. Highly recommended.

I lived in Woodcliff almost 20 years ago, and when I moved back to Pensacola, they were the first and only Apartment Complex that I called. I loved the apartments then, and I still love the apartments now. The pool is absolutely beautiful, the grounds are nicely kept, plenty of trees and flowers, and the fitness center has all the equipment most of us will ever need. My neighbors are friendly, respectful and quiet, which is a testement to good management. A couple of people have recently left poor reviews about the management, and I can honestly tell you, that I do not know what those people are complaining about. In my experience, I have had nothing but positive interactions with Both Teresa and Lisa. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and go out of their way to help with whatever I have needed. The maintenance staff, Ray and Richard, are also very friendly, and always have a smile on their face. I was actually shocked that anyone would have had a negative experience in dealing with either of the property managers. I am 45 years of age, and in my life I have lived in good apartments and bad apartments. I have had great property managers and terrible ones, Teresa, Lisa, Ray and Richard, are by far the best staff I could hope for, and the apartments and grounds are fantastic. So don't let a few questionable bad reviews sway you. -Brett

Everything was ok for our experience except when it came to office staff, mainly the property manager. Somebody in that position should offer exceptional customer services, she lacks education and manners. Beautiful apartments but lost business thanks to her!

never had any problems until we needed something fixed. The maintenance men were great it was the office staff that we had a problem with, we would have to call multiple times in order to get someone out to fix something. For some reason there were no thresholds where the carpet and tile met so the carpet started to unravel. Asked them To install the threshold but nothing was done. When we moved out they tried to charge us for replacing the carpet. It was very cheap carpet that clearly had to be replaced every time a new tenant moved in. Sent a dispute letter about the charges never heard anything back.

My wife and I cannot say enough about the staff at Woodcliff. Lisa is truly one of the best we've ever known. Professional, kind and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. She and everyone else at Woodcliff made our time here fantastic. The property was well kept, and conveniently located to Downtown, Cordova Mall and only about 30 minutes to NASWF and the beaches. If your looking for places to live in this area, we would live here again in a heartbeat.
It is in a great location: 15 mins from downtown, 5 mins from the airport and mall, and 30 mins to each base for military people. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and take the time and effort to make Woodcliff an enjoyable place for everyone to live at. The complex is a little older than other complexes in the area but it is well maintain. It is also one of the more affordable places in the area for the quality and location of the apartment. It is very pet friendly; I would say nearly half the residents have a pet. The complex is very green and quiet and the surrounding area is very safe to walk your pet or run.
