Property Ratings at Woodbury Place Apartments
They could careless less about having the vents cleaned. They never have been done the 3 years and 7 months I lived there. Plus before we ran out of there, rats were clawing in the ceiling of our kitchen. They never fixed our blinds since we moved in (they were broken before we moved in) and they said our stove was "the best one there" but we got charged almost $200 for the state it was in when we left?! The resurfacing on the tub peels and there's mold trapped all in there and the ac caught fire once due to poor installation! Seriously screw this place and I have reported them. I hope they shut down!

We are sorry to hear about your experience at Woodbury Place. The property is now under a new owner and a new management. A total property renovation is undertaken in the exterior and interior, including all amenities. Management is working on getting updated laundry machines. Please submit a work order for any issue you have and management & maintenance will make sure you are satisfied with the best customer service we can provide.
Poor and very rude management an takes weeks to come And fix a problem
Absolutely terrible and they rip people off then change contracts after they hve been signed
These apartments are good until something starts falling apart. When you need something fixed they will not fix it unless you call ever single day and get mad, then when they finally do fix it they do the absolute bare minimum so in about a month you have the same problem again. There's certain little things like my water is constantly running I've been asking for it to be fixed since I moved in 10 months ago that never got fixed that I have just learned to live with. Other than that its in a great spot and residents are friendly.
