Alton sits 25 miles due north of Downtown Saint Louis, but the city is not easily accessible by interstate. Property Ratings at Woodbury Manor Apartments
I just moved out after about 2 years at these apartments. Management is reasonable, helpful, and unobtrusive. They’re very easy to reach and responsive to requests but are never intrusive. The apartments themselves are spacious, and the windows do an excellent job of filtering the noise from the train tracks. We lived in a two-bedroom recently-remodeled apartment that was clean when we moved in, pest free throughout our time, and easy to maintain. I can’t recommend these apartments enough. They’re quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and the location is excellent. We wouldn’t have moved if we hadn’t been offered a family-owned home.
