Property Ratings at Woodbridge Village Apartments
There is nobody doing maintenance in the building and the manager is never in the office or his apartment, I have seen him leaving every morning to his day job and doesn’t comeback until around six pm, so where can we get help in case of an emergency
The new owner of the building, Moss & Company wants old tenants to leave and makes them feel pressured. They barely maintain the building. The some doors to access the complex don't work and poses a safety hazard. They mainly care about money. They still haven't came in to fumigate for cockroaches from like almost two months ago that they said they were going to come in. It shows their priorities clearly.

My apartment is spacious enough for the price I pay. There isnt really any design asthetic that makes it have a wow factor. Its a good stock apartment to upgrade and live while on a budget.
