Wolf Ranch Condos Review.

I have lived here over 5 Years with my siblings. Mari and Tamika are always helpful and were about to get me an additional parking spot due to us having multiple cars. The maintenance always gets my work orders done in under 72 hours. Super happy to call Wolf Ranch home.

Touring with Tamika

Touring with Tamika was awesome! Everyone in the office was very welcoming. Even though there was a problem with my voucher, Tamika helped me out big time! She showed me how to use the housing calculator to make things easier in my search, had water and a print out of all of the information which was super nice! They definitely deserve 5 stars for their service! I highly recommend them!

Maintenance & New management

I must admit, the apartment is beautiful but maintenance and management are really on top of things! My service orders are handled promptly and the maintenance man Ashwa is very kind, timely, and fixes everything really well! Management has also changed a lot but I really appreciate the new manager Kiki. She is very helpful with our needs here and polite as well. I am so grateful for the staff here and their efforts to uphold the property to a high standard!

Find à better place !

Need rent on time but services are louzy.Lived here for one year.Parking is à joke.Lucky if you find one ,à constant battle everyday.Homeless collecting trash in so called gated community.Unsafe if you live down stairs,children playing in parking lots.Dog fèces on walkways and sidewalks.Maintainence sucks and if you are happy with putting down low deposit and easy move ins wait till you move out.Outrages move out costs..seriously it might cost upto more then à thousand to move out as the previous reviwer mentioned that be ready to say bye bye to your deposit ând ontop of that pay more then your deposit during move out.Its crazy expensive to move out if you live here.You will never receive your deposit back with all added move out costs.You will be paying for painting,maintenance, carpet cleaning, overall cleaning, chagers to what not if they could add more..It's Just woww when you move out so total cost might reach upto $2000 if you décide to move out.Just not worth it.New mangers and office staff all the time.Only old useless staff would be maintenance who has answers to all questions as no... we have ordered stuff but it will be some time once we receive stuff your maintenance needs would be met.He is just down rite useless person who has been there forever.Unprofessional and rude,à wana be smarty for all maintenance needs.Just whole day strolling in golf carte around the community as if he is responsible for all maintenance. Good luck if he shows up on your door steps for maintenance. So much parking issues,it is ridiciouls all the time.If you have concerns dont borther asking or telling.But they are quick to respond to reviews of actual tenants who have had bad expérience to défend their community.So sad if they could be as quick with residents needs and concerns but overall notworth the money spent to listen to peoples crap for services you pay for.

When you rate right after you get in

It is nice when you apply and get in but soon after the problems arise, he security is not real, the gate always breaks and there is a problem with the water all the time. Then when you give management the same energy they give you they get upset.

I love this place and especially the staff.

I love my apartment here at Wolf Ranch. I live with my sister and her two children and there’s plenty of room in our 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse for all of us. When I am upstairs in my room I can’t hear the kids playing downstairs which is great since I work nights. This is a really nice area so I feel super safe walking to my car at night. Parking is a little bad but we have a garage for one of the cars which is great. The office staff is amazing and John and Sam are always saying hi when they pass me outside. Keep it up wolf ranch and we will be living here for a long time to come.

Beautiful

I came to visit my brother at his home at wolf ranch and I fell in love with his apartment. It is clean and well located. I love all the green space and places for my kids to play. I will be moving here later this summer and will be looking for a place at wolf ranch.

Shady

We had someone crash into our car and they never reported, washer never got fixed, dog park is not made for dogs and the staff is rude, gates are always broke and people come in and rob the cars and dig through the trash

Wolf Ranch Condominiums Review

March 22, 2018 I recently moved here approximately two weeks ago. It’s quite early in the game but, I’ve been pleased with the Management and Staff so far. They have carried themselves in a professional and business-like manner and have been very helpful. My neighbors have been friendly and curteous. I look forward to the vast improvements that are sure to come. The property is under new management and ownership, so let’s keep our fingers crossed.

Cry Wolf

My apartment complex is top shelf. The rooms are large with tall ceilings. The countertops are granite and the cabinets, both kitchen and bathrooms, are dark cherry wood. There is a work-out room for those that like to stay in shape and also a clean pool. The management staff are always there to assist with any situations. The friendly and skilled maintenance staff grooms the grounds daily and check for anything that needs care. Shopping of any kind is located in close proximity. There is also a college and library just blocks away. I would recommend this neighborly complex to anyone who wants a home-like environment.
