Not worth it

Great area, but apartment walls are very thin, I live on the first floor and I can here everything my neighbors are doing, especially upstairs when they vacuum I here it, when the dogs run across the floor I hear it, when they take a shower I hear it...ect. Also when any changes are being done to property, no one from wisteria court condominium association alerts you or even take the time to send out memos on anything, and when you call to get info the board of associations are very rude. I'm currently renting and would advise those who are looking into buying to stay away, to many issues and very rude people.
