I’ve enjoye living in the Winthrop community. It’s been five years, the staff is very accommodating and this community has a lot of perks. I enjoy the gym, pool, game room, garden, grill area , computer room as well as pool/ game room. ( and one of the best things is you don’t need to shovel!)

having lived here a few months now, this apartment has been a dream come true for me. cozy living space, the room has nice big windows and it's overall just a wonderful living space. the building's amenities are INCREDIBLE -- it feels like i'm living in a very swanky hotel with my own custom room. couldn't be better! staff is also extremely helpful and kind. as someone somewhat inexperienced with moving, i really appreciate everyone who works in the office here as they were incredible kind and helpful as i moved in, and they're still just as helpful and kind as when i moved in! the trash service is great, the mail/package system is fantastic... genuinely cannot think of a single complaint! this is the best apartment i've ever lived in hands down!

Everything is good but the maintenance is a bit slow especially in the common areas (gym lock, water dispenser filter, men's bathroom, ...).

I have lived here since March of 2023 and the best thing the Winthrop did was hire Lydia. She is always so bubbly and happy to everyone that stops by the leasing office. She welcomes visits from my little dog and makes her feel like a Princess deserving of pets every time Lydia sees her. She is also super helpful and explains everything in detail. There is never a time that I think she won’t help me and she is the best at putting extra touches on all the resident events. Lydia welcomes you and makes the Winthrop feel like home! In terms of the apartment, if you rent here, the corner units overlooking the courtyard has the best layout. I have lived in 3 units and I highly recommend it. The kitchen has so much space and you get a huge balcony. It’s generally really quiet too. Unlike the pool side that has noise pretty much year round. I highly recommend you come visit and ask for Lydia to give you a tour of the community!

Pretty good, but for the cost I’d expect a few changes. For example, many of our utilities break often. Also, our utility bills are suspiciously high. In general though it’s an excellent place to live.

Love the location and this cozy community! Very walkable to shopping and food. Apartment is pretty quiet for being near the road. Of all the apartments we toured, we felt this was the best bang for your buck and we have been very happy so far!

Very good place to live ever is so cooperative and always ready to help . Amenities are also very good expect few things which they are lacking they need light on ping pong table

All an all on a day in and out I have enjoyed my time here at the Winthrop. I recently suffered a great loss the management team was very caring. My loss made me think about a possible move to another unit of even possibly moving somewhere else, but as time has passed I reflect on my time here and think where else is just as good or better. My final decision is no to a move for at least now. I have been happy for the 4 plus years of living here and why change. That being said I do feel that there are things that could be improved with the appearance of the building.

Overall is good! I lived here for 6 months so far. Ihavent found any change in my mind. It is good place to live. Coffee is free and a lot of space to work

The living environments are quiet, clean and convenient. It is not far from best schools and Towson Center for shopping. But sometimes noise comes from 2nd floor because of the main unit using wooden floor (bedroom using wool carpet). Great response and events provide by management team. I would definitely recommend to everyone to looking into this 5 star apartment!

Just moved in on Saturday with my boyfriend and am loving it here so far! The staff has been super friendly and there are great amenities. I always love walking in the lobby and seeing the water feature

Living at Winthrop has been awesome. Great staff, great amenities, great floorplans, and a great area. The only issue I have regarding this place is the lack of guest parking. Everything else has been smooth sailing for the past 18 months. Any issues I have had the staff have resolved in a timely manner.

I absolutely love it here! My son and I have been here for two days, and we are so impressed! Brent helped us through the process of applying and becoming residents, and I can’t thank him enough. He was extremely patient and kind. We moved from California, and he made it a lot easier for us! When we moved in, we were assisted by Juanita, and she was so wonderful and welcoming! It was just like talking to family. The community here is so beautiful! It is like a resort! Our apartment is beautiful, and we are so happy to be here!

Living in this apartment has been a mixed experience. On the plus side, the location is quite convenient with easy access to restaurants, shopping centers and entertainment. The apartment itself is relatively spacious and gets a good amount of natural light. However, there are some downsides. Maintenance issues, like leaky AC units (my apartment flooded once) and I’ve heard of other tenants having similar experiences, though the management has addressed them in a reasonable timeframe. Noise from neighboring units can be an issue at times, and the parking situation is less than ideal (frequent towing). Overall, it’s an average place to live with some positives and a few frustrations.

Overall, experience has been good, but some of the newer tenants are louder and rowdier than when we first moved in. Also noticed that some of the other tenants aren't as conscientious about cleaning up the mess they leave in common areas.

Smooth move in process over all very nice apartment, neighbors & amenities for rent. Packages places in secure lockers so you don’t have to deal with a messy package room or things getting stolen. Kind of noisy depends on which unit u move into. Don’t wanna be facing the street or too close to the garage in the back makes a loud noise when opened.

Been here for almost a year now and I can say that Winthrop gave us beyond our expectations. I love how well maintained the building is. Great amenities, reliable maintenance team, amazing management. Only few minor issues but they easily get resolved. I appreciate the value they give to the residents. Hence, free coffee, snacks and in between activities sometimes. We love it here!
