Property Ratings at Winthrop Court
Staff went out of her way to get keys for rent ready occupancy. Explained everything in a nice helpful way. Appeared genuinely concerned about the amenities of the apartments and the person looking to rent. Took her time and we felt good about the place and management. The lawns needed some upkeep but since this is spring, trees are leaving behind their acorns. Hope to rent......
They lie and leave early every day and don’t do their jobs while they’re here supposedly working. The apartments are not kept up to date as they advertise.
The staff are helpful and willing to assist in any way. The office Manger is friendly. The maintenance folks are efficient
They will lie for their own greed. The apartments are poorly maintained like black mold in the bathroom walls which they horribly hid with wallpaper. Roaches and mice infestation that management took over a month to get exterminator. They will find ways to empty out your pockets with fee after fee that could give you a final move out bill of $2000. Do yourself a favor skip Elon Property Management all together. You will thank yourself in the long run.
Carla is the apartment manager she's great at her job. If something needs fixed or done she's on the ball. Lived here for two and a half years and no complaints.
Furnished apts are in addition to quotes. Remodels were poor to fair workmanship. Neighborhood is fair quality. Manager appeared nice but unprepared despite given extra time to prepare for showing.
