Property Ratings at Winter Haven Apartments
After living here for 7 months maintenance will say something is fixed and it’s not, heat doesn’t work properly and have had them come countless times. Leasing manager will call you disrespectful and condescending because she messed up. When I moved in there was paint all over the floors and paint all over the toilet, windows aren’t sealed and they don’t care!
I would recommend this place to anyone looking to live in an apartment. Very affordable living, very spacious inside
We got bedbugs the landlord does nothing. The hallways smell it is not taken care of! And anyone can just walk in to the building
The management only wants to collect rent money. They never fix anything. My bedroom window has been broke since moved in 5 years ago
The apartment is nothing fancy and pretty basic but I have no real complaints everyone in the building just minds their own business it's definitely a good starter apt its cheap too
