Amazing amenities but still over priced for the space. My bike got stolen from the bike room and the gym could use more thought to layout and overall safety and balance of equipment - the huge TRX in the middle of the floor is a waste of space, the SM glides forward and backward which can be dangerous and there are no leg machines and not enough plates. Other than that and the mail room being challenging, the place Is beautiful and clean and the staff are friendly especially Brittany!

Cannot praise the team enough. We had a leak. Alan was here within no time. He is so courteous and can’t praise his customer service enough. We had some toilet leak that went into the walls. He kept us up to date every few hours

Love the fact it’s secure and the location. Staff is responsive. Right next to a CVS! Pet friendly with great amenities. Parking and quiet. There is a park across the street which is great for walking the pup!

This is the best building I’ve ever lived in and it’s also in one of the best neighborhoods in San Diego! Secluded and quiet, but still a lot of great places to eat and drink around. Very walkable and dog friendly.

The amenities are great. The staff is kind. My only issues is that the trash is left off all day. The trash bins are picked up in the morning and no one turns the chutes back on. Last time I walked by the first floor and saw that the trash had been picked up but no one turned the chutes back on. It’s my number one pet peeve about this place.

Hallways need to be cleaned better. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and the community is quiet. The ambulance passes a lot and the windows don’t block out any noice.

So far, I have enjoyed living here. I have found the management staff to be extremely helpful and responsive when I message them. It is walking distance to everything I need and the CVS right next to the building has been very convenient.

The trash room floors are dirty and sticky. Staff has gone days without cleaning it. Hallways have also gone weeks without vacuuming or deorderizing. The garage door fails every so often and the elevator is always out of service. It has not been luxury living at all. Recently the water and out without notice.

The apartment itself is decent and mostly what you'd expect—The staff is friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I did have some of my belongings stolen during my time here, which was disappointing. If security improves, this place could be a solid option

Pros: So far I love living here. It’s on the pricier side by the amenities are great and the rooms are spacious. The people are also very friendly and they hold monthly events which I love! It’s pet friendly. The staff who clean are great and maintenance is wonderful! Cons: our one bedroom does not have a window that opens in the living room (you need to use the balcony door). Some neighbors do not pick up the dog poop which is unfortunate. Overall: this is a GREAT place to live in an amazing walkable neighborhood. I’m very used to apartment living so I have no issues. If you’re used to it being very quiet and if you cannot stand some noise from time to time this is not the place for you.

I have absolutely enjoyed my time here, and I appreciate my experience. I met some great neighbours and made many good memories in my little home here at Winslow. Only a star off due to repeated maintenance issues- though the maintenance crew are great! As well as my upstairs neighbours have been so loud for months regardless of noise complaints. That is an individual experience though. Winslow is beautiful and offers so many amazing things! I woild consider m staying here long term if the rent wasn't so high. Thank you Winslow

moving in process was as smooth as it can be, Ryan made the leasing part so easy! there were some minor maintenance issues that were addressed quickly. my dogs did get accused of something they didn’t do which made me sad.

I’ve had a great experience living at Winslow so far. The apartment itself is so nice, comfortable, and pretty quiet, making it a great place to come home to. The amenities are a major highlight, everything is well-maintained, clean, and easily accessible. Whether it’s the fitness center, the common areas, or any of the shared spaces, I’ve really enjoyed making use of them. The management team has been responsive and helpful whenever needed, though I haven’t had any issues so far. The building feels secure, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. It’s also in a great location, which makes everyday life even more convenient. Overall, I highly recommend Winslow to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to live. My experience has been nothing but positive, and I’m happy to call this place home!

I am living in this building for over a year. My concern is about the gym that could be able to have more facility that can help people to do exercise better. The next concern is every month I am seeing the Trash collection increase in utility bill. When I asked property management that how do you calculate trash cost, they said that they divided total cost of trash collection by all occupied unit without considering about square footage and how many people living in each unit. They just divided by number of occupied units in this building that I am thinking is totally wrong calculation.

The trash chutes have been left off all day after trash is picked up and elevator 2 is always down. Also, the hallways have been super dirty. There used to be someone that cleaned the hallways and that hasn’t happened. We noticed the hallways have been filthy. It needs vacuuming and deodorizing.

Beautiful building. Lots of great amenities (gym, pool, hot tub, dog park, grills, tv, a communal room by the pool with pool table foosball kitchen - u can rent this out too). The gym however, looks beautiful, but equipment is not thoughtfully selected.

Love the area, so walkable and quiet, just a stones throw away from bustling Hillcrest. Maintenance team is so quick to respond and super helpful. Love how secure parking and access is. Amenities are always clean and staff is friendly

I love living here, there’s only a few amenities that I wish were available. One of which being a craft room, as an art student living in a studio apartment I don’t have much space to complete my work and would love it if that were made available.

The trash chutes are still being left turned off the entire day on Monday. Elevator 2 is always down and it closes too fast. Even as people are still walking in it will start closing on you. This caused me to get hurt by the elevator multiple times. Please fix this.

The Winslow has been a great place to live. The monthly events are a great way to meet your neighbors. I just wish we had more parking and that they didn't raise peoples rent after one year. This scared a lot of my new friends out of the building.

Have only been here a short time, but it is already feeling like home! The management staff is incredible - they went above and beyond to help me get moved in & have been so kind through the whole process. The building itself is lovely with all its amenities and its location. Loving it already!

Elevator 2 just can’t get it together. It’s always down. You can’t have a bike in the bike room because it will be stolen. The 3 stars given is for the friendliness of staff.

Overall, I love living at the Winslow! I love the layout of our apartment and all of the amenities that are offered! Working with the leasing office and building managers has always been a great experience. They provide clear communication and are extremely friendly. The only reason I give it 4 stars over 5 is that things tend to be out of service frequently, especially the elevators. Other than that, I have had an enjoyable experience thus far.

Everything so far has been great, staff are helpful and the amenities are fantastic. Only issue so far is that the ceilings are either extremely thin or the neighbors are unbelievably loud 24/7 (constant banging noises, furniture moving etc). Other than that though, really positive experience.
