Pershing is a cozy neighborhood located about seven miles southeast of Downtown Orlando and six miles north of the Orlando International Airport. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Quiet neighborhood and recently updated apartments look really nice. Food, shopping and airport are close by and it's on the busline too.

Lived at Wingwood five years through many management changes. The current staff helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. Freddy is an excellent maintenance maintainer , very skillful and at times performs above and beyond and will go the extra step to complete a job.
Staff is very helpful, area is well organized and calm.
My experience has been absolutely fantastic! Management cares about the property and the people that live there. If I need something fixed work orders are done quickly thanks to maintenance guy Freddy. A place close to everything and you can call home.
Great community great staff would recommend anyone to come join the Windwood Family.
Ive been a Wingwood resident for almost five years and although Ive seen many changes in management and staff the one constant is that Wingwood has always been a quiet and Friendly community. There have been good management and Not so good management in my years here but present management has always been more than helpful and attentive to the needs of the residents here and maintenance ( Freddy) has been a blessing to us with his willingness to assist and help with any work needed doing. Thank you .

There are roaches, the apartments are outdated, there is no pool, no workout center, the exterminators dont actually get rid of the roaches, they monitor it which is a rip off and an invasion of privacy because they give them keys to your apartment and they will just let themselves in if you dont answer the door, you're always being watched, they go into your apartment when you arent home even if nothing is wrong, its creepy avoid this place , you're better off somewhere else i promise
Becoming a new tenant at Wingwood Apartments, they have already showed me great service. Chrisla was very helpful and made sure my apartment was ready for me in great condition. Thanks to Freddie for the great handy work and making sure that everything works right! Amazing teamwork guys!
I have been on the property for over a year now and I love it. It is quiet and there is no hanging out. My neighbors are awesome and I am close to everything I need. Management is sweet and extremely accessible. I would recommend this place hands down!!
