Property Ratings at Windsor Place
My husband and I lived here for 5 years and we had no issues. Anytime we called for a service request, it was completed in a timely manner. The office would call after the service request was completed just to make sure we were taken care of, which was very nice. There was the occasional annoying neighbor, but that's to be expected in apartment living. We would've probably stayed longer if they had three bedroom apartments, but with our growing family we needed more space. I do recommend these to anyone who needs a 2 bedroom.
moved here about a week ago and I have to say that I am very impressed with my entire experience. When I first applied for an apartment at Windsor Place the staff was friendly and professional. Responses to questions online were prompt. The apartments are absolutely beautiful. I am thoroughly enjoying the space in my apartment. The building is clean. The apartment is clean. About 99% of the time I feel like I'm living in a space bubble because it's so quiet, which is perfect for me because I work from home. The neighborhood is also great! I've lived in apartments in both NYC and the Cleveland area. I have to say Windsor Place is by far the best apartment complex I've lived in. I highly recommend it! Five stars!
