Windsor is a great place to live. The maintenance is great as well. Jacob O’Brien has helped and maintained my property exceptionally well.

The community here is friendly and respectful! Office staff is very attentive. The grounds are always kept up nice and clean. My apartment turned out better than I expected when moving in.

Great location! I didn't lease from them though as I need a 6 month lease, and they only do yearly. Nice apartment though had a washer and dryer and close to WSU. If you're looking for a nice area I'd stop by.

Visited Windsor Place Apartments recently for a one bedroom apartment! The location was great, close to Wright State University & Wright Patt Air Force Base, as-well as the Fairfield mall ! They look to be recently upgraded and are absolutely beautiful & definitely make these stand out from other apartments around. Staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a property tour today with the manager Stacy. She was very thorough and helpful. We have started our application and she has be great answering questions. The property was very clean and well maintained. Looking forward to living there!

Visited Windsor Place Apartments recently & was immediately impressed by the immaculate grounds. The convenient location close to Wright State University & Wright Patt Air Force Base is a big plus. The recently upgraded apartments are absolutely beautiful & definitely make these stand out from other complexes around. The staff was top notch—very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. This apartment complex is so amazing! The staff is super helpful and welcoming. The fact that it’s so close to WSU makes the commute little to none! I couldn’t imagine a better place to live with all they offer and such an amazing staff.

I am a student at WSU and couldn’t have found a more convenient location! Grocery within walking distance, and I can ride my bike to campus. Stacey and Melissa were super helpful with my move in and I love all the stainless steel appliances in my kitchen.

I lived at these apartments for the past three years. I moved in when it was owned by another company but as soon as Towne Properties took over everything went severely downhill. If I had a problem I would call and call and call. Leave voicemail after voicemail. I would never get a response which meant I had to drive over to their other property since they removed the leasing office from Windsor Place. The head property manager made it seem like she cared but it was clear she didn’t. Was extremely condescending. Classic case of caring only about the money and not the livelihood of the people you are housing. To start, my building had a huge roach problem. They didn’t seem to care much about that. They’d occasionally send out a roach guy to spray but he would only spray the kitchen floor and that’s it. I have scars on my legs from where roaches ate at me while I slept. I kept a very clean apartment because of the roaches and would still find them in the kitchen or crawling in bed with me. My AC went out September 1st of 2022. At first they tried to tell me nothing was wrong but I insisted there was. It would freeze and leak water. Finally they had someone come out but told me they wouldn’t replace it till the spring. I was without air for a good 5 or 6 weeks of 85+ degree weather. Come about 6 or 7 months later it was like pulling teeth to get the to replace it still. I was without air for months and they didn’t care. I was friends with someone in my building and he had the exact some experience that I did. I could go on forever but me, personally, would never move into another property owned and managed by Towne Properties.

Nice and modern, close to everything I need. Kitchen is my favorite, it's beautiful and I do like the washer and dryer.

Windsor Place was a great place to live during my time at the property. The appliances were all new and the location is ideal for WSU students as it is near campus, restaurants, and the Meijer across the street. The only complaint I had is that the walls were a bit thin, so noise from surrounding apartments can be easily heard.

Quant, quite living, modern look. Close to many eateries and entertainment. Great place so far, maintenance is great as well.

i am a student at WSU and this community is a perfect fit for me. i love my new apartment, the 3rd floor vaulted ceiling is a nice touch and i like the washer and dryer being in my bedroom. i also like that they allowed me to have my dog & cat, as they are part of my family.

These apartments are so nice and have reasonable pricing, the new remodeled units are awesome with the stainless steel appliances and a European washer dryer combo. I toured last week and applied and got in next day!

I have been very satisfied with my time here at Windsor Place. I recently renewed my lease due to the great location of the property, helpful staff, and spacious apartment. Downtown Dayton and the Fairfield Mall are both under 15 minutes from the complex and each offer a wide variety of food, entertainment, and shopping for residents. The staff is very fun, friendly, and are always willing to answer questions or resolve issues. I also work from home a majority of the week, and having multiple rooms with a generous floor plan makes it easy to separate work from relaxation. Schedule a tour and see for yourself just how wonderful Windsor can be.

Theses apartments are great to live in give the since of comfort and they keep up with there property the people that work here are amazing and very understanding

My first apartment and I love it! A bit pricey but so worth it! Close to the university and local shopping, my neighbors are pretty chill too.

I just moved in a few weeks ago and finally unpacked the last box! I am a student at WSU and it is so close to campus and I love that there are so many restaurants close by. The Fairfield Commons Mall is just a few miles away and everyone seems to be really friendly in my building. I will be referring friends for sure!

I am relocating to WPAFB, and came across Windsor Place and being out of state I dealt with Melissa via email mostly until I was able to visit OH. She was very professional and answered all the questions I had. I ended up scheduling a self guided tour last week and knowing they had limited availability, I applied after my tour. I am looking forward to moving to the area.

I was recommended this property by a friend and absolutely loved it!!! The renovations they have done in the apartments are so beautiful!! Highly recommend checking them out.

I called and spoke to Melissa this past Wednesday and she helped me get online and schedule a self-guided tour. I really liked the apartment. My best friend and I went over around 730pm to look at the model and we are still considering moving here. The landscaping is fresh and the common hallway and unit were really clean and nice. We really liked the locked entryways and it is on the top of our list. I already referred another friend who is transferring to WPAFB to take a look around.

Very safe and clean neighborhood. I feel comfortable with neighbors and staff and if I were to ever have a problem they are always right there . A bit of construction is going on but you can tell the grounds stay clean , cannot wait to see the after math !

I just moved in last month and I love my apartment and its so pretty. My neighbors all seem friendly and complex is always quiet. Also Abbi in the office is always sweet and helpful.

These are nice apartments and the new management are doing lots of need updates to the community. The location is also close to everything.

Let me address the ad first. They removed the outdoor picnic area. The doors to the building hallway are always stuck unlocked. The onsite laundry often fails. There is no longer a manager onsite (probably a liability given how they treat people there). Please steer clear of this hell hole. Amenities all evaporated during my 2 years there or are crumbling. All your fire alarms go off when one of your 12 neighbors burns something. And management... They aren't just terrible, they're evil. Managment is pursuing legal action against me to force me to pay out the remainder of my lease after evicting me for being a few days late on rent. They turned my life upside down for money and they will look for new ways to squeeze money out of you every month. At least that has been the pattern during my stay. They once threatened me with a hundred dollar fine for having a chair on my 3rd floor balcony. It's this sort of greedy unwholesome behavior that makes you feel stupid for having signed a lease with these people. Also the Beavercreek address is a lie because you will be paying Fairborn taxes.

The remolded apartments look amazing and they’re in a great location!! Super close to schools and parks. Definitely recommend!

This apartment community is so cute! It sits back off away from the main road, the grounds are really nice and well kept! The apartments are are really big and nice as well. Definitely a top contender.

I'm moving to Dayton and was looking for a updated apartment that is close to the base, I called and spoke with the manager she told me she would have a new renovated apartment within three to four weeks which is right in my time frame. She took the time to walk me through the online application and I'm looking forward to moving at the end of August.

This is a great location and very affordable apartments. Close to everything. Landscaping always looks nice and well kept. The manager Ashley is very friendly and helpful.

A new management company has taken over recently. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They address any concerns very quickly. They have made a huge improvement on landscaping and keeping our grounds clean. They're evening painting and renovating. Great location also. Close to Wright state and Wright Patterson Air Force Base.

Don't you ever think of renting the three bedroom apartment! The Heating system doesn't work in the small bedroom and you might get a hypothermia in winter. To make matter worse no one gives response even if you tell them about the condition so many times. I don't know how I am even surviving and living in this apartment in this winter!!! :(

I lived here for a little over a year. The manager was nice and her husband, the maintenance man, was also nice to me. But sometimes I felt he was a little disrespectful to other residents, most of whom are international students at Wright State. Things frequently got noisy when my Indian neighbors had parties and I could hear the booming bass of their Bollywood jams at all hours. Additionally, the hallways smelled terribly of spices. Some neighbors with children would let their kids play in the hallways, with toys strewn about for several days. To the reviewer below me, the roaches are not a recent thing. I had an extremely clean apartment, but apparently the rest of the building was not so clean. (The maintenance man even told me this, on more than one occasion). No matter how many times they sprayed, I continued to find roaches. It was disgusting. For the price I was paying, it was terrible. I stopped cooking in my apartment for the last 6 months I lived there. (If you want to know more about why there are roaches, check out some of the pictures on the Facebook-created page for this apartment complex: people preparing and eating food on the floor in disgustingly dirty looking apartments, actual dirt on the walls!). Like I said, manager and maintenance were nice and always took action when I told them of more bug sightings, but this place is pretty gross and I don't think there's any stopping it. There were times when the outside lights on the building would not turn on at the right times, leaving the front entrance completely unlit for hours in the dark, which is incredibly unsafe. I would say not to live here unless you are used to roaches, smells, and giant groups of international students taking pictures in the stairwells!

These apartments are conveniently located at a walking distance from Wright state university. recently our whole building became nastily infected with roaches!! They keep spraying all apartments regularly, but still the problem persists. It's gross!!

Everything was perfect with this community! The staff especially was great! Maintenance is done promptly and right the first time, and administrative duties are done with no fuss. The location is also great! It is just under a mile to Wright State, making it a good walk or a fast bike ride. It is also far enough away that you lose the noise without losing the atmosphere. Also, the base is nearby, so close you can hear the national anthem being played every day at 5pm. The proximity to the base gave the feel of safety. There are multiple bars in walking distance, in addition to restaurants and even the grocery store. You can easily live here without ever driving. Inside the apartment was wonderful. The toilet, balcony, refrigerator, and dishwasher weren't bad. My only complaint is the dishwasher was a bit loud while running. These apartments really were great, as soon as I visited my decision is made. I would recommend it everyone especially, military, families, students, and grad students who are looking for a great place to live.
